About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Amendment 0001 for Solicitation 140P4325Q0055, focused on replacing security cameras at an ASIS facility managed by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Northeast Region. The RFI provides detailed facility infrastructure insights through ten specific questions and answers, covering facility age, square footage, power stability, infrastructure details, and existing technological systems.

Key details include a second site visit scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 10:00am EDT, located at 6633 Bayberry Drive, Berlin, Maryland. The facility consists of a Ranger Station (approximately 3,000 sq. ft., built in early 2010s) and a Visitor Center (approximately 11,699 sq. ft., built in 2008). Infrastructure notes indicate stable power, mostly dropped ceilings, drywall/wood framing perimeter walls, and existing cable infrastructure. The new Command Control system will be located in the same place as the existing system, with HVAC serving separate building zones.
