Solicitation #140P4223Q0078, COLO Jamestown Projector System Services Questions and Answers II
Q1. Can the park supply the original invoice/construction docs for this space and system?
A1. Yes, we have construction docs, but some changes may have happened. Drawings will be provided at award.
Q2. Just to clarify the park is looking for an assessment of what needs to happen to be fully operational with a rough order of magnitude or better estimate as to what that will take?
A2. Yes that is correct. We also require a better description and estimate of what it will take to get the theater working with the current equipment.
Q3. Is there a lift available? Is it one or two man lift?
A3. The park can provide a lift, HOWEVER contractor is required to provide an operator with appropriate fall protection. Single person lift.
Q4. How old is this technology?
A4. System was originally installed in 2006. There have been some minor changes since then, but nothing substantial.
Q5. Does the park have any spare lamps for the projectors?
A5. No.
Q6. Is everything automatically controlled by the system?
A6. Yes. The theater doors, countdown timer, lights, projectors and sound are all automatically controlled by the system.
Q7. Are there audio issues?
A7. Not that we are aware of, but the sound only plays if the video plays, and we don't have video capability so we are not sure.
Q8. Will the content be the same?
A8. Yes, the same video as would currently be displayed will continue to be displayed.
