About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding Solicitation #140P4223Q0078 from the National Park Service Northeast Region for COLO - Jamestown Projector Services. The solicitation seeks assessment and repair services for projectors located at the Jamestown National Historic Site theater. Specifically, the contractor would assess the condition of an unknown number of functioning projectors, with the park providing a lift for access but requiring the contractor to supply an operator with fall protection. The contractor cannot reconfigure projectors during the initial site visit. The existing projector setup displays the same image on each half of the circular theater and on the floor. An on-site iPad controls video start/stop and automatic show functions.
