a. Just special paint will be used in Room 104, Bedroom 3 (Room 203) will just be in-kind paint.

2. Please confirm if electricity and water will be provided for both houses for construction.

a. Electricity and water can only be provided at Thomas House. Electricity and water cannot be provided at Worthington House.

3. Please confirm if the interior of CB208E closet in Bedroom 5 (Room 208) needs to be repainted. Please confirm if this area has been tested.

a. Referring back to the scope of work and the room schedule, if it is already painted it will be re-painted a part of this project.

4. Can different products be used for areas where drywall/plaster wall repairs are needed?

a. We are just looking to repair areas of plaster not drywall. The products used to repair the plaster will need to be approved by the NPS, but there is already guidance in the SOW of what type of plaster will be used.
