The contract includes five base line items covering sanitary system repairs, water supply repairs, complete SCADA system replacement, marina lift station work, and archaeological monitoring, plus four optional line items for gravity sewer, lagoon repairs, lift station replacement, and Lake Fork sanitary system work. The period of performance is 550 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with contract value exceeding $10 million. Liquidated damages are set at $1,420 daily, and the contract requires performance and payment bonds. All terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged except as amended.

To be eligible for award of contract, the offeror shall submit prices for each line item in Bid Schedule to include all five (5) Base Line Items and all four (4) Line Items designated as Options. Accordingly, contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder conforming to the solicitation, provided funds are available and the Contracting Officer determines the price to be reasonable.
