About this file
This document summarizes a virtual site visit for solicitation number 140P2022R0069, the JELA 251674 Shoreline Protection Project. The National Park Service is seeking proposals to construct approximately 12,000 feet of breakwater along the shoreline of Barataria Preserve in Louisiana to facilitate the regrowth of submerged aquatic vegetation damaged by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Proposals are due October 11th by noon mountain time, with questions due by October 4th. Evaluation will be based on technical approach, schedule, management approach, project experience, key personnel experience, safety, past performance, and price. The site visit overviewed project plans and specifications, including breakwater design, dredging and material placement requirements, environmental constraints, and utility coordination. The awarded contract will be a small business set-aside for firms certified as total small businesses by the SBA.

We'll go over the basis for award.
0:5:45.660 ‐‐> 0:5:47.380
Lupidi, Zaira S
Evaluation factors.
0:5:48.320 ‐‐> 0:6:16.420
Lupidi, Zaira S
Report on the terminations on subcontracting worksheet and the schedule of values so these two final points we did want to put some emphasis on because in the past Shelly and I have noticed, they tend to get overlooked when submitting a proposal. So the report on limitations there's it's this little picture on the side and that it is the last page of attachment for of the attachments that went out with the solicitation itself.
0:6:22.370 ‐‐> 0:6:28.850
Lupidi, Zaira S
Questions after pre proposal conference. Again, please direct all questions to Shelly and I.
0:6:30.580 ‐‐> 0:6:39.910
Lupidi, Zaira S
Once we get the questions in and we have them answered, they will go back out as amendment so everyone has access to them.
0:6:41.160 ‐‐> 0:6:43.910
Lupidi, Zaira S
The cut off date for questions is October 4th.
0:6:45.420 ‐‐> 0:6:46.580
Lupidi, Zaira S
2:00 PM mountain time.
0:6:47.690 ‐‐> 0:6:48.750
Lupidi, Zaira S
4:00 PM eastern.
0:6:50.580 ‐‐> 0:7:2.510
Lupidi, Zaira S
So basis for award the government will conduct a source selection using the best value continuum trade off process defined at far apart 15.1. The contracting officer is the source election authority.
0:7:3.750 ‐‐> 0:7:13.680
Lupidi, Zaira S
Section out provides contractors specific instructions regarding the contents of their proposal, so this is where you will go and see everything that needs to be included in the package.
0:7:14.740 ‐‐> 0:7:32.230
Section M provides contractor details on how their proposal is evaluated, and this is how we will of course, go over everything that's been submitted. The government may accept other than the lowest price proposal when the perceived benefits of a higher price proposal merit the price differential.
0:7:35.660 ‐‐> 0:8:5.930
Lupidi, Zaira S
Additionally, pursuant to far 52215 Dash 1F contract award contained herein, the government may reject any or all proposals if such action is in the government's interest, the government may waive
Informalities and minor irregularities in the proposals received. The government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offers, except clarifications, as described in far
15.306.
0:8:6.30 ‐‐> 0:8:6.300
Lupidi, Zaira S
Hey.
0:8:7.860 ‐‐> 0:8:8.400
Lupidi, Zaira S
Oops.
0:8:16.250 ‐‐> 0:8:16.560
Lupidi, Zaira S
OK.
0:8:17.810 ‐‐> 0:8:19.550
Lupidi, Zaira S
She didn't go to head.
0:8:22.630 ‐‐> 0:8:29.550
Lupidi, Zaira S
Sorry about that guys. Relative importance, technical factors one through six are in descending order of importance.
0:8:30.250 ‐‐> 0:8:36.740
Lupidi, Zaira S
Passed performing fact of seven technical factors went through six. One combined are significantly more important than past performance.
0:8:37.630 ‐‐> 0:8:44.780
Lupidi, Zaira S
Overall technical and past performance, when combined are significantly more important than price, which is factor 8.
0:8:48.140 ‐‐> 0:8:51.200
Lupidi, Zaira S
Here are the factors listed in solicitation.
0:8:51.910 ‐‐> 0:9:8.980
Umm factor 1 technical approach factor 2. The schedule Factor 3 management approach factor 4.
Project experience factor five key personnel experience factor 6. Safety factor 7. Past performance and
Factor 8 is price.
0:9:13.50 ‐‐> 0:9:28.790
Lupidi, Zaira S
Umm so submit pass performance information for the same project submitted under project Experience
Factor 4 using the attached past Performance questionnaire and this is again part of attachment for of the attachments on the solicitation.
0:9:36.700 ‐‐> 0:9:41.590
Lupidi, Zaira S
This is just kind of going over what needs to be completed for the past performance.
0:9:56.620 ‐‐> 0:10:13.620
Lupidi, Zaira S
Valuation of options, except when it is determined not to be in the government's best interest, the government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all option to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will now obligate the government to exercise the options.
0:10:21.280 ‐‐> 0:10:24.680
Lupidi, Zaira S
So the solicitation ran out honestly under 1442.
0:10:26.750 ‐‐> 0:10:27.320
Lupidi, Zaira S
Umm.
0:10:28.850 ‐‐> 0:10:35.940
Lupidi, Zaira S
There are areas that need to be filled in, especially in the closes. We do have some boxes that are highlighted.
0:10:36.600 ‐‐> 0:10:39.310
Lupidi, Zaira S
So please take a note of that.
0:10:41.110 ‐‐> 0:10:50.20
Lupidi, Zaira S
Once amendments are sent out, we already know there will be one for the attendee list for this meeting, so we just need acknowledgement of them as well.
0:10:51.380 ‐‐> 0:10:53.600
And then Section 8 is a price schedule.
0:10:55.590 ‐‐> 0:10:57.860
And this is what will be filled out.
0:10:59.740 ‐‐> 0:11:0.430
Lupidi, Zaira S
Umm.
0:11:1.250 ‐‐> 0:11:3.100
Lupidi, Zaira S
And Reform 24 bid bond.
0:11:5.300 ‐‐> 0:11:8.350
Lupidi, Zaira S
Section K representations and certifications.
0:11:9.530 ‐‐> 0:11:12.880
Lupidi, Zaira S
General references subcontract and percentage worksheet.
0:11:13.640 ‐‐> 0:11:18.80
Lupidi, Zaira S
Uh. Set aside again, most of these will be found in attachments for.
0:11:22.880 ‐‐> 0:11:27.10
Lupidi, Zaira S
Here is the contract price schedule that was included in the solicitation as well.
0:11:28.70 ‐‐> 0:11:29.790
Lupidi, Zaira S
There are 13 line items.
0:11:36.80 ‐‐> 0:11:37.760
Lupidi, Zaira S
And then here Tom.
0:11:39.70 ‐‐> 0:11:42.870
Lupidi, Zaira S
And take over and discuss the project overview and review of the plans.
0:11:44.340 ‐‐> 0:11:45.570
Maclosky, Tomas
OK. Thank you.
0:11:46.550 ‐‐> 0:11:52.20
So I'm going to get a steal the screen and share what I have here.
0:11:54.670 ‐‐> 0:11:59.650
OK, so Google image of the general area.
0:12:1.230 ‐‐> 0:12:8.140
Maclosky, Tomas
Just a brief overview before we get into the plans and I'll talk about the the map in a second.
0:12:10.830 ‐‐> 0:12:19.270
Maclosky, Tomas
Now the overall project is being implemented as restoration for the deep water horizon oil spill and damage assessment.
0:12:20.430 ‐‐> 0:12:21.120
Maclosky, Tomas
During.
0:12:21.920 ‐‐> 0:12:23.990
Maclosky, Tomas
The response to that?
0:12:24.740 ‐‐> 0:12:25.370
Maclosky, Tomas
Event.
0:12:26.690 ‐‐> 0:12:45.40
Maclosky, Tomas
Water was released from Davis Pond. I don't know how many folks are actually local. I'm I'm assuming a fair degree, but I believe for those of you that are not, Davis Pond is in this vicinity here. If everybody can see my map, I should have asked that first. Can everybody see the the Google image here?
0:12:49.390 ‐‐> 0:12:50.20
John Gaiennie
Yes.
0:12:51.990 ‐‐> 0:12:52.490
Paul Corrigan
Yes.
0:12:50.970 ‐‐> 0:13:23.420
Maclosky, Tomas
OK, for those of you that are OK, perfect. So Dave's pawn is in this vicinity and to prevent oil from filtrating up into the marsh areas, Bayou areas, water was released to create a, I don't know what the the correct terminology is for it, but a positive flow away from land to prevent the oil to come in and infiltrate during that that actual release there were changes to the ecology of the area.
0:13:23.800 ‐‐> 0:13:36.80
And a a range of SAV acres of SAV where lost between. I think it was 2010 and 2012.
0:13:37.160 ‐‐> 0:14:5.100
And what the purpose of the the purpose of the project is is not to not replanting SAV, but we're we're creating a an environment through the construction of the breakwater structure to facilitate regrowth of the the SAB itself. So those of you that are familiar with the plans and we'll look at those in a minute behind the breakwater is what we're looking to try to do is to.
0:14:5.180 ‐‐> 0:14:15.950
Maclosky, Tomas
Three colonize the SAV due to reduction in wave energy, velocity etcetera. So.
0:14:17.150 ‐‐> 0:14:40.380
Maclosky, Tomas
So you guys know we do also have a second contract that's ongoing right now and those that group is tasked to perform the monitoring functions. So the actual construction of the breakwater, what we're talking about here, we'll we'll be only a small portion of the overall project.
0:14:41.440 ‐‐> 0:15:11.500
Maclosky, Tomas
Our our contractor, our A&E that we have on board has already done preliminary baseline monitoring and they will be doing a second round coming up in October shortly. So the intent is that once they finish this second baseline activity, they will demobilize and the area where we're building the breakwater structure will be the.
0:15:11.790 ‐‐> 0:15:15.200
Maclosky, Tomas
Whoever the contractor is selected will have use of that area.
0:15:16.440 ‐‐> 0:15:35.310
Maclosky, Tomas
But it's just good to keep in mind that there are there are higher goals than just the construction component. Once the breakwaters built in this project is over, then the that A&E will be performing additional monitoring over a period of you know up to 20 years potentially.
0:15:35.810 ‐‐> 0:15:49.230
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm, depending on you know what happens with the recolonization, so on and so forth. So it's it's a larger project than just the construction piece of it itself, so.
0:15:50.510 ‐‐> 0:16:0.280
Maclosky, Tomas
But just to reiterate, we're not, we're not gonna be doing any planting ourselves here. It's just gonna be the construction of the the the breakwater structure itself.
0:16:1.560 ‐‐> 0:16:21.970
For those of you folks that are local or or not, you can see here on the upper portion of the screen, New
Orleans proper, and you can see down here in the center Barataria Preserve, Lake Salvador, is where we're going to be focusing our activities. I'll zoom in a little bit here.
0:16:23.70 ‐‐> 0:16:24.480
Maclosky, Tomas
Just for reference.
0:16:25.440 ‐‐> 0:16:27.710
Maclosky, Tomas
Decided the way so I can zoom in.
0:16:28.910 ‐‐> 0:16:32.890
Maclosky, Tomas
So you closer here you can see.
0:16:34.920 ‐‐> 0:16:56.490
Maclosky, Tomas
Barataria itself. Here the the town and then the alignment here that that matches up to what we show on the plans. One thing to note also is there is an existing structure that I believe comes to roughly where we are going to be tying in.
0:16:57.230 ‐‐> 0:16:57.720
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:16:59.210 ‐‐> 0:17:23.850
Maclosky, Tomas
I guess it's not really showing up here, but it's indicated in the plans. We're not tying to that structure per se, but just be aware that the whole, the one of the purposes is to provide that continuous protection along the the alignment of the project and then things terminate here in roughly at Jones
Point. So what we can do is now go over to let me bring up the plans.
0:17:25.770 ‐‐> 0:17:34.10
Maclosky, Tomas
So here, here's here's this schematic and you can see you know just the the matchup between the the the two locations here.
0:17:34.490 ‐‐> 0:17:34.980
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh.
0:17:37.80 ‐‐> 0:17:38.910
Maclosky, Tomas
You can look at some of the details.
0:17:40.130 ‐‐> 0:17:50.400
Maclosky, Tomas
I'm not gonna read everything in this. You guys are responsible for going through, but just to make a point out, a couple of things to keep in mind as you're putting your bids together.
0:17:51.720 ‐‐> 0:17:55.630
There's no land access to the the location.
0:17:56.830 ‐‐> 0:18:6.520
Maclosky, Tomas
So you guys will be responsible for bringing materials in equipment, so on and so forth. I believe that the, the, the.
0:18:7.530 ‐‐> 0:18:14.770
Maclosky, Tomas
Town area Barataria in that vicinity could potentially be a sufficient.
0:18:14.850 ‐‐> 0:18:28.400
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh, you know, point to to a access the site from, but that that'll be up to you guys to determine that.
Make those arrangements, whoever selected, obviously.
0:18:29.680 ‐‐> 0:18:41.350
Maclosky, Tomas
There's a a range of existing utilities that you guys will be responsible for notifying operators. We've provided the contact information and there's a a time frame.
0:18:42.590 ‐‐> 0:18:46.200
Maclosky, Tomas
Of when you need to let them know prior to mobilization.
0:18:46.840 ‐‐> 0:18:49.110
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm, there are several.
0:18:49.250 ‐‐> 0:18:59.240
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh, environmentally sensitive areas. We also indicate these on the plans as well. We're looking to minimize impacts, avoid those.
0:19:0.400 ‐‐> 0:19:7.590
Maclosky, Tomas
And the the park myself, I'm actually located in Virginia, so as guy indicated.
0:19:8.690 ‐‐> 0:19:39.780
Maclosky, Tomas
It's probably likely somebody from the park will be more available on site, but that's something that we're all gonna be keeping track of as the project moves forward. As you can expect, there's probably going to be soft soil conditions and looking through the plans, we've indicated two different methods for constructing the the breakwater. There's a lightweight aggregate that I believe is in the vicinity of the existing structure.
0:19:39.900 ‐‐> 0:19:46.930
We're more northern part of the alignment and then we transfer into a more typical.
0:19:50.490 ‐‐> 0:19:54.60
Maclosky, Tomas
More typical configuration for the breakwater itself.
0:19:54.780 ‐‐> 0:20:26.170
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm you have varying depths of water in this location. Let me go back to the the the graphic. This is actually probably is more helpful to talk about this. We have varying water depths. We've accommodated that for our the the dredging channels. So you'll come in, you'll do the dredging to allow yourself to access the areas to put the breakwaters in. You'll stockpile that material and then that material gets placed back into the dredging channel.
0:20:27.530 ‐‐> 0:20:56.450
Maclosky, Tomas
We've also indicated on the plans some representative areas for that access point. So the the actual structure length is about 12,000 feet and it's just not doesn't make sense to try to approach it from every particular point. So we tried to streamline it and give you guys ample access points based on the location and we can we'll look at that specifically when we get to that on the plans.
0:20:58.730 ‐‐> 0:21:2.340
Maclosky, Tomas
Stalkings important, we're doing staking for warning signs.
0:21:2.900 ‐‐> 0:21:11.480
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh, staking for the the avoidance areas and the government will be.
0:21:12.960 ‐‐> 0:21:29.730
Maclosky, Tomas
Concurring with the location. So primarily we'll do the staking, get that approved and then we move forward a couple of other items just to note on the the general notes, again, no staging areas, that'll be up to you guys to get permissions and so on and so forth.
0:21:31.720 ‐‐> 0:21:37.270
Maclosky, Tomas
And it's important to stay within the the construction areas. As we've indicated on the plans.
0:21:37.970 ‐‐> 0:21:38.690
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:21:39.450 ‐‐> 0:21:59.150
Permits, UM, federal and state permits that were required to get approval for the project. I've been secured, so that's one less thing to do. Those are actually in the the the specification, so make sure that you look at those, there are some special conditions.
0:22:0.190 ‐‐> 0:22:2.720
Maclosky, Tomas
One particular example would be.
0:22:3.900 ‐‐> 0:22:21.120
Maclosky, Tomas
Conditions for when you encounter wildlife, manatees, etcetera. So there's, you know, of those of you that have done construction in the vicinity. It's really not anything new. Just make sure that you're aware of that if you haven't. If you're not familiar with that.
0:22:22.600 ‐‐> 0:22:29.500
Maclosky, Tomas
So that's essentially some of the main key notes that I wanted to go over and now we can look at some of the plans here.
0:22:30.570 ‐‐> 0:22:31.0
Maclosky, Tomas
That's.
0:22:31.80 ‐‐> 0:22:32.250
Maclosky, Tomas
The.
0:22:35.620 ‐‐> 0:22:40.120
Maclosky, Tomas
Can everybody see this? OK. Is this uh, scale big enough for?
0:22:42.710 ‐‐> 0:22:44.700
Maclosky, Tomas
Looking at it on the screen here.
0:22:45.680 ‐‐> 0:22:50.370
Maclosky, Tomas
I'm I'm assuming so? If not let me know and I can try to to zoom in a little bit.
0:22:50.810 ‐‐> 0:22:51.380
James Cordova
It's a little.
0:22:53.120 ‐‐> 0:22:53.770
Maclosky, Tomas
Say again?
0:22:55.70 ‐‐> 0:22:56.160
James Cordova
So little small.
0:22:57.100 ‐‐> 0:22:57.500
OK.
0:22:59.0 ‐‐> 0:23:1.710
Maclosky, Tomas
Try to is that any better for you?
0:23:5.670 ‐‐> 0:23:6.990
James Cordova
Yeah, that's that's better.
0:23:4.390 ‐‐> 0:23:8.20
Maclosky, Tomas
Try to get this. We'll go to fit to see if you can get fit, OK?
0:23:8.940 ‐‐> 0:23:39.10
Maclosky, Tomas
So here this is existing site plan and this gives you a couple of pieces of information shows you locations of utilities, gives you their property line. We had the we actually overlaid the alignment of the the breakwater structure on here just so you can see how that all comes together again existing breakwater structure is up in this vicinity.
0:23:39.590 ‐‐> 0:23:40.210
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh.
0:23:41.240 ‐‐> 0:24:3.570
Maclosky, Tomas
And we also have a a number of based on our initial survey, magnet magnetic anomalies with locations.
So that's information to take into account with some descriptions and you should be able to identify, locate this stuff while you're doing the work. So I think that's.
0:24:4.190 ‐‐> 0:24:4.770
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:24:5.690 ‐‐> 0:24:12.860
Maclosky, Tomas
Takes 11 activity off of the plate. As far as finding some of this stuff that's already been done.
0:24:13.600 ‐‐> 0:24:15.550
Maclosky, Tomas
Ohh, let's go to the next page.
0:24:16.450 ‐‐> 0:24:19.570
This is the overall project layout.
0:24:23.940 ‐‐> 0:24:25.630
So what we have here?
0:24:26.370 ‐‐> 0:24:27.140
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:24:27.990 ‐‐> 0:24:29.20
Maclosky, Tomas
Is the.
0:24:31.120 ‐‐> 0:24:39.590
Maclosky, Tomas
Break water and affiliated locations for the what you're gonna need to do for the construction so.
0:24:40.970 ‐‐> 0:24:46.210
Maclosky, Tomas
As you can tell by looking at the plans, the breakwater structures the thin line and the back.
0:24:47.330 ‐‐> 0:25:6.300
Maclosky, Tomas
These other larger with lines show you the dredge channels and they show you the locations for the the spoil piles. So I mentioned previously access points to facilitate coming in and.
0:25:7.30 ‐‐> 0:25:21.540
Maclosky, Tomas
You know, building the thing in shallow water, we've we had our designer put together dredge channels.
Here's one of the access points. Here's the other access point that you would come in, do your dredging build the breakwater.
0:25:23.710 ‐‐> 0:25:45.940
Maclosky, Tomas
3 read deposit the the spoil piles and then you're done. Some of the other features here that you notice on the plans approximate cultural sites that we're looking to avoid. Obviously the breakwater itself we needed to make accommodations for some existing site conditions. So here's your gas line.
0:25:47.260 ‐‐> 0:26:17.210
Maclosky, Tomas
And then the project ties into approximate land in this vicinity. We do show some of the break water coming through this one location not to be disturbed, but to to accommodate that and to be able to actually build it. You guys should be able to come in and float through to place the material part of our permit is to limit this disturbance in these areas. So we did not show.
0:26:18.370 ‐‐> 0:26:31.710
The dredge channel coming through here so we weren't weren't able to get approval for that or nor was that desired, but that's just one of the differences that you'll come across as far as when you're building that.
0:26:33.270 ‐‐> 0:26:57.970
Maclosky, Tomas
Same thing, the utilities and that's, you know, pretty, pretty straightforward. I think the actual construction of the, the breakwater itself is pretty straightforward. I did mention that we do have two different core types that you'll need to account for as you get into this vicinity. I believe that the the actual structure becomes more of a standard.
0:26:59.90 ‐‐> 0:27:6.620
Maclosky, Tomas
Standard construction. So we'll get to that as we get through the plans. Any questions at this point from anyone?
0:27:12.600 ‐‐> 0:27:13.230
Maclosky, Tomas
OK.
0:27:13.970 ‐‐> 0:27:14.700
Maclosky, Tomas
So.
0:27:17.90 ‐‐> 0:27:24.140
Maclosky, Tomas
Next page here. This is a. Well, let's see. We have our our oops.
0:27:26.640 ‐‐> 0:27:57.790
Maclosky, Tomas
Our plan set organized into 123456 sections. These next pages show you the the detail for for each individual section. We don't necessarily need to look at all of them unless there's questions, but this is the first one which is the northern alignment of the breakwater. You see the structure here and what we have again is our floatation channel and our spoil pile channel. Our spoil pile location.
0:27:58.690 ‐‐> 0:28:8.50
Maclosky, Tomas
One feature to note here is this fish gap or elbow. This allows for passage for fish to get back and forth.
0:28:8.590 ‐‐> 0:28:16.320
Maclosky, Tomas
I also believe that it would allow for smaller boats to get in in into here, so we're not totally cutting off.
0:28:17.580 ‐‐> 0:28:19.130
Maclosky, Tomas
Access to this area.
0:28:20.350 ‐‐> 0:28:42.780
As we indicated already, there are some breaks in the structure where the the utilities go through as well. So we had an extensive modeling process that we went through with the designer. So this is the configuration that we ended up with. I don't recall the number of fish gaps that we have, but they're they're all indicated on the plans.
0:28:44.260 ‐‐> 0:28:50.610
Maclosky, Tomas
See if there's anything else that's particular here that I wanted to point out. Existing breakwater here.
0:28:52.300 ‐‐> 0:29:1.670
Maclosky, Tomas
So we should be able to locate that pretty easily. It's our elevation that we're looking forward to it to attain for the breakwater structures 3 feet.
0:29:2.920 ‐‐> 0:29:30.430
Maclosky, Tomas
I believe the existing rock structure is a little bit lower, although it's not critical since we're not tying into that. We do have a little bit of a buffer here, but just to give you an idea of what the the some of the particulars about the the breakwater structure and we can look at few of those details as we get farther along the plan sheets, see if there's anything other other items.
0:29:32.540 ‐‐> 0:29:35.730
Maclosky, Tomas
Next section here is another fish gap.
0:29:36.570 ‐‐> 0:29:39.120
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm. And we've provided you the coordinates for that.
0:29:42.550 ‐‐> 0:30:12.920
Maclosky, Tomas
Here's one of the access points coming in. So just due to the shallow nature, it's really gonna be challenging to get to this location without this dredge process. So this is the first one which would be northward of the the first area, the the, the, the zone that we're looking to avoid here you come through and I believe what what would what's capable, what we can do is we're not dredging, but we can float across this to be able to.
0:30:12.990 ‐‐> 0:30:14.250
Maclosky, Tomas
Complete the structure.
0:30:14.910 ‐‐> 0:30:15.650
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:30:17.290 ‐‐> 0:30:30.380
Here's the here's the connector page so that structure does go across here, and obviously we do need to build that. So coming across and placing that material without the the dredge channel is is what we're really looking to do.
0:30:31.600 ‐‐> 0:30:34.970
Maclosky, Tomas
I believe there's also a couple of signage items here noted.
0:30:36.160 ‐‐> 0:30:42.640
Maclosky, Tomas
This one detail here just navigation aid so on and so forth. You do see also.
0:30:43.890 ‐‐> 0:30:57.60
Maclosky, Tomas
Some temporary flow temporary signage here to let everybody know that it's not affiliated with the construction that things are going on here probably should be pretty clear.
0:30:58.240 ‐‐> 0:31:1.190
Maclosky, Tomas
But we have added that as part of the scope.
0:31:2.130 ‐‐> 0:31:4.920
Maclosky, Tomas
Uh temporary aids to navigation.
0:31:7.310 ‐‐> 0:31:8.740
Maclosky, Tomas
Go to the next page.
0:31:10.280 ‐‐> 0:31:11.210
Maclosky, Tomas
Here's one of the.
0:31:12.180 ‐‐> 0:31:29.410
Maclosky, Tomas
Utility crossings, and you can see, you know, we've stopped the the alignment of the breakwater structure here to account for the the gas line, it's critical to locate that. So when we build this year, they were not getting close to that getting it etcetera.
0:31:30.830 ‐‐> 0:31:38.160
Maclosky, Tomas
This area to avoid is really away from the the construction area, but it's important to be cognizant of these zones.
0:31:39.210 ‐‐> 0:31:41.870
And this is the last page of the alignment.
0:31:43.830 ‐‐> 0:31:45.120
Our last fish.
0:31:46.250 ‐‐> 0:31:49.750
Maclosky, Tomas
The break water the the the break in the the excuse me, the.
0:31:51.30 ‐‐> 0:31:59.680
Maclosky, Tomas
The structure itself, the elbow and then the tie in piece into land. And here we're tying into land again.
No, no.
0:32:1.440 ‐‐> 0:32:13.620
Maclosky, Tomas
Drainage component to this, so we've stopped this and we'll be we'll it'll be important to find this line and locate that in the field so we know that we're not going over into this zone here.
0:32:14.480 ‐‐> 0:32:15.230
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:32:16.300 ‐‐> 0:32:19.0
Maclosky, Tomas
Let's move on to the next couple of pages.
0:32:19.600 ‐‐> 0:32:20.300
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:32:23.380 ‐‐> 0:32:26.230
Maclosky, Tomas
Locating location features for you know.
0:32:26.980 ‐‐> 0:32:34.170
Maclosky, Tomas
Promenades temporary AIDS settlement plates that are part of the the overall assembly for the the construction.
0:32:35.330 ‐‐> 0:32:39.740
Maclosky, Tomas
We have a series of cross sections that are correlate to the.
0:32:40.240 ‐‐> 0:32:40.720
Uh.
0:32:42.80 ‐‐> 0:32:43.380
Overall alignment.
0:32:44.340 ‐‐> 0:32:54.920
Maclosky, Tomas
I think that's pretty straightforward. These show you which are the ones that have the the the lightweight aggregate. This is this particular piece is the beginning.
0:32:56.250 ‐‐> 0:33:5.480
Maclosky, Tomas
Of the breakwater on the north side, I should say it's actually this one here. And here's your existing breakwater. So we have a little bit of a gap between the two.
0:33:5.940 ‐‐> 0:33:9.10
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm. So anyway that shows you alignment.
0:33:16.530 ‐‐> 0:33:18.640
Maclosky, Tomas
This is actually zooming on me here.
0:33:21.230 ‐‐> 0:33:22.640
Maclosky, Tomas
So just coming down.
0:33:24.970 ‐‐> 0:33:27.30
Maclosky, Tomas
And I believe that's the last.
0:33:28.940 ‐‐> 0:33:56.530
Maclosky, Tomas
That's the last cross section, so that's that. Those should be pretty straightforward. Here's one of the details. This is the the A section of the break water showing the lightweight aggregate. You can see the configuration. This shows you the variation between you know, the various dimensions you're working with. Here's your flotation channel. Here's your spoil pile with, you know, buffers in between.
0:33:58.50 ‐‐> 0:33:59.220
Maclosky, Tomas
The next page.
0:33:59.940 ‐‐> 0:34:0.640
Maclosky, Tomas
Is.
0:34:3.340 ‐‐> 0:34:4.200
A similar.
0:34:5.880 ‐‐> 0:34:8.710
Detail showing the the typical the.
0:34:11.230 ‐‐> 0:34:19.30
Maclosky, Tomas
The filter stone component, so again the dimensions for the flotation and the spoils are pretty much the same thing here.
0:34:19.750 ‐‐> 0:34:20.640
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:34:24.450 ‐‐> 0:34:25.850
Maclosky, Tomas
Just another section.
0:34:29.80 ‐‐> 0:34:38.150
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm, some details for the elbows this gives you gives you dimensions of where the fish gaps are. Excuse me for my.
0:34:38.910 ‐‐> 0:34:53.330
Maclosky, Tomas
Inability to stay in one page. Here I'm trying to center this as best as possible, being zoomed in so there's your elevation at three dimensions that correlate to the construction of the that little feature.
0:34:57.730 ‐‐> 0:35:7.680
Maclosky, Tomas
Some additional detail showing dimensions for betting stone in between the the fish gaps, so on and so forth with the corresponding section.
0:35:9.340 ‐‐> 0:35:14.210
Maclosky, Tomas
Your details for your flotation and your spoil piles.
0:35:19.950 ‐‐> 0:35:36.740
Maclosky, Tomas
And there's there's a couple of those. They're a little bit different based on your station, so make sure make sure that you look at those. I'm going to zoom it out a little bit here. These are just some of the temporary and permanent signs that we're going to be placing. This shows you how they're placed.
0:35:37.940 ‐‐> 0:35:38.890
Maclosky, Tomas
In the field.
0:35:41.870 ‐‐> 0:35:46.520
Should be pretty straightforward detail for permanent boy.
0:35:47.930 ‐‐> 0:35:49.620
Settlement plate detail.
0:35:52.60 ‐‐> 0:36:7.950
Maclosky, Tomas
And I believe the last of it is we've given some information showing where we've done the borings. So this this gives you some additional geotech information now I believe and here are some of the boring data.
0:36:9.610 ‐‐> 0:36:12.300
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm, so that's it for the plans.
0:36:13.820 ‐‐> 0:36:34.330
Maclosky, Tomas
Looking at the specifications, this is a fairly sizable document and I'm not gonna go through all of the particulars, but it's important to make sure that you you go through all of this stuff. The bulk of this, I believe should be the geotechnical report. So it's only about.
0:36:36.100 ‐‐> 0:36:36.910
Maclosky, Tomas
Let's say.
0:36:41.150 ‐‐> 0:36:43.190
Maclosky, Tomas
There's actually another set of plans.
0:36:45.340 ‐‐> 0:36:50.90
Maclosky, Tomas
The spec section. The spec component itself is probably.
0:36:53.330 ‐‐> 0:37:3.670
Maclosky, Tomas
About 220 pages in the rest of, it's either plans or the the Geotech report, so it's it seems like it's a lot of stuff, but it's basically that report itself.
0:37:4.310 ‐‐> 0:37:16.410
Maclosky, Tomas
So just make sure as you're going through here. I mean, we got information on construction and the marine environments to some, you know, representative sections, geosynthetics.
0:37:18.330 ‐‐> 0:37:32.700
Maclosky, Tomas
You know operation and maintenance data, so on and so forth closeout. I'm kind of going backwards with this, but you know, reference standards, quality requirements, your environmental procedures, those are important to follow.
0:37:33.800 ‐‐> 0:37:45.930
Archaeological protection, you know, submittal that's more boilerplate activities for construction, surveying your schedule, project management coordination.
0:37:48.520 ‐‐> 0:37:49.630
Maclosky, Tomas
Summary of work.
0:37:50.970 ‐‐> 0:37:53.140
Maclosky, Tomas
So that's in a nutshell.
0:37:53.810 ‐‐> 0:37:55.820
Maclosky, Tomas
Contract mod procedures and.
0:37:58.170 ‐‐> 0:38:16.690
Maclosky, Tomas
It's probably premature to talk about that, since in a contractor is not selected, but that that process is part of the the package supplemental conditions. So that's really the overview. The the over, you know
50 foot 1000 foot view.
0:38:18.210 ‐‐> 0:38:18.970
Maclosky, Tomas
With that.
0:38:19.600 ‐‐> 0:38:27.50
Maclosky, Tomas
Brief explanation, do you guys have any questions about the the work that we're looking to select a contractor for?
0:38:32.120 ‐‐> 0:38:52.110
Tommy Dunn
Yes, this is Tommy down. The quality first marine, this is a total small business set aside. Is this going to be per the SBA certified total small businesses or will you allow self certified people that claim to be small business entities quote this job?
0:38:55.960 ‐‐> 0:39:5.60
Maclosky, Tomas
Good question. I'm gonna throw that one over to Shelly and Zara, could you guys speak to that please?
0:39:4.810 ‐‐> 0:39:17.910
Murphy, Shellie A
This is Shelly Murphy, the contracting officer. Uh, it will be the SBA certified total small business. So if you're certified that way, that's what we'll be looking for through sam.gov.
0:39:25.290 ‐‐> 0:39:28.280
Tommy Dunn
Also on the uh drawings.
0:39:35.380 ‐‐> 0:39:36.600
Maclosky, Tomas
She too.
0:39:29.430 ‐‐> 0:39:43.200
Tommy Dunn
On I believe it's the second drawing. Yes. Sheet 2 on the drawings. It has a table of quantities. This table of quantities differs from the pricing schedule.
0:39:46.680 ‐‐> 0:39:56.870
Lupidi, Zaira S
Yes. So I this is our lepidi, the contracting specialist. I go ahead and use the price schedule that is in this solicitation itself.
0:39:57.540 ‐‐> 0:39:59.510
Lupidi, Zaira S
Umm and not.
0:40:0.960 ‐‐> 0:40:2.210
Lupidi, Zaira S
This one right here.
0:40:3.340 ‐‐> 0:40:7.120
Tommy Dunn
Right. It's just a discrepancy that was noted. I wanna point out.
0:40:8.990 ‐‐> 0:40:13.540
Tommy Dunn
Ohh, on the southernmost part of the.
0:40:14.260 ‐‐> 0:40:20.440
Tommy Dunn
Ohh the rock the the break water on the drawings are very southernmost part.
0:40:20.980 ‐‐> 0:40:21.500
Maclosky, Tomas
Yes.
0:40:22.80 ‐‐> 0:40:23.450
Tommy Dunn
At the very tip.
0:40:24.700 ‐‐> 0:40:25.650
We have.
0:40:26.350 ‐‐> 0:40:28.530
In excess of 200 feet.
0:40:35.590 ‐‐> 0:40:36.10
Maclosky, Tomas
Right.
0:40:29.510 ‐‐> 0:40:38.530
Tommy Dunn
Of rock to place without a dredge channel because there's a a limited area. There's also an overhead power line there.
0:40:39.190 ‐‐> 0:40:45.940
Tommy Dunn
Ohh how are how do you propose a contractor to be able to?
0:40:46.640 ‐‐> 0:40:54.140
Tommy Dunn
Put rock underneath the power line with that much reach from having a access from a floatable barge.
0:40:57.350 ‐‐> 0:41:0.380
Maclosky, Tomas
Thinked in detail, let me go back to the detail down here.
0:41:1.910 ‐‐> 0:41:2.690
Tommy Dunn
He passed.
0:41:3.450 ‐‐> 0:41:5.490
Maclosky, Tomas
There there I think this one here.
0:41:6.440 ‐‐> 0:41:7.850
Maclosky, Tomas
Relates to the end.
0:41:9.0 ‐‐> 0:41:14.90
Maclosky, Tomas
So we've simplified the detail here, although we're still looking for that.
0:41:15.320 ‐‐> 0:41:15.770
Maclosky, Tomas
Ah.
0:41:18.710 ‐‐> 0:41:42.400
You're not limited per se to getting close to the actual structure itself, but I mean we don't have any real possibility of impacting the location of that overhead line. So that's we've tried to make the the configuration of the structure a little bit more simple to be able to account for that.
0:41:43.860 ‐‐> 0:41:44.560
Maclosky, Tomas
I mean, that's the.
0:41:43.990 ‐‐> 0:41:50.820
Tommy Dunn
Well, these are rather large. These are rather large stones. You're gonna have to be able to get up to it at some.
0:41:53.200 ‐‐> 0:41:55.580
Tommy Dunn
Some close proximity just to place them.
0:41:56.30 ‐‐> 0:41:56.460
Maclosky, Tomas
Right.
0:41:56.350 ‐‐> 0:41:57.0
Tommy Dunn
So.
0:41:58.80 ‐‐> 0:42:3.430
Tommy Dunn
Without having a dredged channel, how would one even begin to do that?
0:42:5.80 ‐‐> 0:42:6.830
Tommy Dunn
Underneath the power line at that.
0:42:8.430 ‐‐> 0:42:9.260
Maclosky, Tomas
Umm.
0:42:11.80 ‐‐> 0:42:11.580
Maclosky, Tomas
I think.
0:42:10.800 ‐‐> 0:42:16.450
Tommy Dunn
We're limited by getting could the end of this thing be stopped short of the power line?
0:42:20.270 ‐‐> 0:42:21.60
Hughes, Guy D
Tom, can I?
0:42:20.160 ‐‐> 0:42:26.210
I think we'd probably have to look at that during construction. I think for for our purposes here.
0:42:30.790 ‐‐> 0:42:31.220
Tommy Dunn
Yes.
0:42:27.310 ‐‐> 0:42:33.400
Maclosky, Tomas
And if you want to submit that as a question and give me a chance to look at it a little bit in more in depth.
0:42:35.300 ‐‐> 0:42:47.560
Maclosky, Tomas
I think that would probably be that would be helpful for me to do that. I don't recall off the top of my head what the height of the power line is, but we did, we did look at that during design. So it should be possible to do this.
0:42:48.660 ‐‐> 0:42:50.290
Tommy Dunn
I I don't cheat 4.
0:42:51.300 ‐‐> 0:42:56.340
Tommy Dunn
You have access points to the two different sections.
0:42:57.870 ‐‐> 0:43:1.400
Tommy Dunn
On the north and the central the center part.
0:43:5.860 ‐‐> 0:43:6.160
Maclosky, Tomas
Good.
0:43:2.270 ‐‐> 0:43:10.470
Tommy Dunn
Well, sheet 4, you have two dressed access points. However you have no dressed access point to get to the southern boast end.
0:43:11.970 ‐‐> 0:43:12.590
Maclosky, Tomas
I think.
0:43:11.600 ‐‐> 0:43:12.730
Is that an oversight?
0:43:13.490 ‐‐> 0:43:15.580
No, I think this area is deeper.
0:43:17.490 ‐‐> 0:43:30.630
Maclosky, Tomas
We can look at sheet 9 and 10 and I think that was the as you get closer as you go north or that gets more shallow and in this zone, I believe it was deeper and that's why we did that.
0:43:31.800 ‐‐> 0:43:32.120
Tommy Dunn
OK.
0:43:32.910 ‐‐> 0:43:54.460
Maclosky, Tomas
So yeah, you're in your 6th and fives, whereas in the other side it's a lot, a lot more shallow. But we wanted to try to consolidate the access points, cause at some point you need to pick where you're going to come in and coming in for any particular point is gonna probably make it more challenging to be efficient in building the structure itself.
0:43:57.420 ‐‐> 0:44:3.530
Tommy Dunn
Are we limited to the access point shown on the drawings or can we add another access point?
0:44:4.280 ‐‐> 0:44:5.820
Tommy Dunn
For our purpose.
0:44:6.840 ‐‐> 0:44:10.800
Maclosky, Tomas
I'd say for the purposes of pricing use what's shown on the plans.
0:44:26.720 ‐‐> 0:44:27.0
Tommy Dunn
Yes.
0:44:13.720 ‐‐> 0:44:27.710
Maclosky, Tomas
If, if if it gets to the possibility where we have an additional, we could talk about that. But I think that also starts to talk into the permitting and this is what we have permitted. So we may need to be sticking to this.
0:44:29.220 ‐‐> 0:44:29.580
Tommy Dunn
Alright.
0:44:28.980 ‐‐> 0:44:30.810
I'd I'd price it for what you see.
0:44:32.410 ‐‐> 0:44:58.500
On the on the bottom of all of these breakwaters where it's lightweight or are the heavy stone or the filter stoned? Any and all it showing it the stone imbedded in a plus or minus 1 foot depth is the intention to dredge this prior to placement of the stone, or is that the anticipated settlement?
0:45:0.300 ‐‐> 0:45:5.170
Maclosky, Tomas
I think the only dredging that we're showing on the plan is the channel to access to where it's being placed.
0:45:5.960 ‐‐> 0:45:7.910
Tommy Dunn
Can you go to one of the cut sections please?
0:45:8.820 ‐‐> 0:45:9.270
Maclosky, Tomas
Sure.
0:45:19.610 ‐‐> 0:45:26.120
Tommy Dunn
All right at the bottom of this thing is showing the filter stone or the.
0:45:27.10 ‐‐> 0:45:35.60
Tommy Dunn
I can't read the print there. The bedding stone is showing a 1 foot plus or minus 1 foot depth.
0:45:37.920 ‐‐> 0:45:42.440
Tommy Dunn
It's this. After placing the stone, you anticipate that much settlement.
0:45:43.440 ‐‐> 0:45:49.560
Tommy Dunn
Are are we required to physically dredge that one foot depth to place the stone?
0:45:53.640 ‐‐> 0:45:54.490
Maclosky, Tomas
Speed.
0:45:58.880 ‐‐> 0:46:0.910
Maclosky, Tomas
I would submit that as a question as well.
0:46:1.760 ‐‐> 0:46:10.450
Maclosky, Tomas
I mean, I think again, you know conceptually the the dredging was to be limited to where you're accessing.
0:46:11.450 ‐‐> 0:46:17.310
And not get into a lot of dredging for the actual structure itself. So from that standpoint.
0:46:18.420 ‐‐> 0:46:23.230
Maclosky, Tomas
That settlement is integrated into the design itself, but.
0:46:23.680 ‐‐> 0:46:24.120
Tommy Dunn
OK.
0:46:24.90 ‐‐> 0:46:37.730
Maclosky, Tomas
Submit the question and we can get you a. We can have access. We have access to our designers that weren't on and that would probably be a question I'd wanna double check with them before I give you a a definitive on on this.
0:46:38.910 ‐‐> 0:46:46.740
Tommy Dunn
Understand. Also on the same section as settlement plates, we have a combination of geogrid composite.
0:46:47.610 ‐‐> 0:46:48.410
Tommy Dunn
And other.
0:46:48.490 ‐‐> 0:46:50.700
Tommy Dunn
Geotextile fabrics.
0:46:51.460 ‐‐> 0:46:59.490
Tommy Dunn
Uh, is this settlement plate to set on the undisturbed bottom, or does it set on top of the Geo grid?
0:47:2.570 ‐‐> 0:47:6.100
Maclosky, Tomas
I would think that you would probably put it on the top of the geogrid.
0:47:7.660 ‐‐> 0:47:9.700
Tommy Dunn
OK, we'll submit that as a question.
0:47:7.690 ‐‐> 0:47:14.600
Maclosky, Tomas
But again, that's that. Yeah, that's that would be that would that gives me a a little bit of time to to go back and look at that.
0:47:16.120 ‐‐> 0:47:16.430
Right.
0:47:35.840 ‐‐> 0:47:38.160
Maclosky, Tomas
OK. What other questions do folks have?
0:47:58.900 ‐‐> 0:47:59.550
Maclosky, Tomas
Anything.
0:48:8.200 ‐‐> 0:48:8.610
Maclosky, Tomas
Sure.
0:48:5.690 ‐‐> 0:48:14.910
Tommy Dunn
I have I have one final question in this. In these specifications where it talks about the mandatory pre bid.
0:48:15.740 ‐‐> 0:48:28.210
Tommy Dunn
Uh, hey, the prebid. It says mandatory prebid it says be provided in the advertisement of bids a table it's this virtual a mandatory or non mandatory.
0:48:29.390 ‐‐> 0:48:34.120
Maclosky, Tomas
Is this meeting here a mandatory or not mandatory? Is that the question?
0:48:34.460 ‐‐> 0:48:34.970
Tommy Dunn
Yes.
0:48:37.820 ‐‐> 0:48:39.630
Maclosky, Tomas
I don't know, Shelly, I think.
0:48:40.730 ‐‐> 0:48:41.220
Maclosky, Tomas
It's.
0:48:41.50 ‐‐> 0:48:44.550
Murphy, Shellie A
It it it is a non mandatory site visit.
0:48:46.170 ‐‐> 0:48:46.480
OK.
0:48:47.160 ‐‐> 0:48:51.430
Originally we had planned to have this in person.
0:48:52.510 ‐‐> 0:48:55.290
Maclosky, Tomas
But COVID changed quite a bit so.
0:48:55.360 ‐‐> 0:49:15.140
Maclosky, Tomas
So to be able to to still have the meeting and have a range of people participate from various locations across the country, the that we decided to do the virtual just because of COVID and the a lot of the development of the documents occurred.
0:49:16.540 ‐‐> 0:49:29.990
Maclosky, Tomas
Before that COVID event happened, so there may be a discrepancy or two that's indicated in the specification. So if you see that submitted as a question and we can, we can get you guys a clarification.
0:49:39.930 ‐‐> 0:49:41.40
Lupidi, Zaira S
July you had a question?
0:49:41.730 ‐‐> 0:49:53.640
Whitbeck, Julie L
Thank you. This is Julie. The the park. See Cologist, I just wanted to bring up as an aside that one of the elements of this being a deep water horizon natural resource.
0:49:54.980 ‐‐> 0:49:56.560
Whitbeck, Julie L
Damage assessment project.
0:49:57.410 ‐‐> 0:49:58.380
Whitbeck, Julie L
Is that it?
0:49:59.570 ‐‐> 0:50:0.750
Whitbeck, Julie L
There's a required.
0:50:1.470 ‐‐> 0:50:5.0
Whitbeck, Julie L
Monitoring and adaptive management component of that project.
0:50:5.890 ‐‐> 0:50:15.880
Whitbeck, Julie L
And the National Park Service is already under contract with another, with a contractor who's providing outcomes monitoring.
0:50:16.520 ‐‐> 0:50:16.960
Whitbeck, Julie L
And.
0:50:17.870 ‐‐> 0:50:25.650
Whitbeck, Julie L
Serving that, implementing the monitoring and adaptive management plan for this project. So at a few points there will be.
0:50:26.330 ‐‐> 0:50:36.300
Whitbeck, Julie L
Important coordination between the construction contractor and that what we call Mam. Plan contractor. Thank you.
0:50:46.330 ‐‐> 0:50:47.510
Maclosky, Tomas
OK. Thank you, Julie.
0:50:48.410 ‐‐> 0:50:50.410
Maclosky, Tomas
Any any additional questions?
0:50:57.830 ‐‐> 0:50:59.220
Lupidi, Zaira S
Did you have a question?
0:51:2.760 ‐‐> 0:51:10.650
Hughes, Guy D
Just say condition so in in regard to the southern tie in and the power line.
0:51:11.430 ‐‐> 0:51:15.10
Hughes, Guy D
Entergy has removed the power line.
0:51:16.230 ‐‐> 0:51:18.440
Hughes, Guy D
And they're in the process of.
0:51:21.190 ‐‐> 0:51:27.320
Hughes, Guy D
They're going to demolish the tower that's nearby, where we're where we're tying in.
0:51:28.230 ‐‐> 0:51:35.430
Hughes, Guy D
And place another tower sort of to the West.
0:51:36.550 ‐‐> 0:51:40.760
Northwest of that location, not in the project area.
0:51:41.480 ‐‐> 0:51:47.460
But just for that question, that power line has already been cut and removed.
0:51:49.560 ‐‐> 0:51:50.490
Maclosky, Tomas
This way here.
0:51:49.290 ‐‐> 0:51:52.320
Hughes, Guy D
And I believe Tom, yeah, which is just.
0:51:57.650 ‐‐> 0:51:58.10
Maclosky, Tomas
Yeah.
0:51:53.150 ‐‐> 0:52:1.520
Hughes, Guy D
Kind of in the very middle of that hatched area, there's a lattice tower that that was mentioned.
0:52:2.480 ‐‐> 0:52:4.610
Hughes, Guy D
The wires not I mean it.
0:52:6.60 ‐‐> 0:52:6.870
Maclosky, Tomas
That's gone.
0:52:5.880 ‐‐> 0:52:28.290
Hughes, Guy D
It may be it may be down on the north side of the tower there might be some wire there, but it's cut from going across the channel. And I I believe we had talked about doing end over end construction into that area, but I don't, I won't say anymore but that power line is not.
0:52:29.0 ‐‐> 0:52:29.700
Maclosky, Tomas
It's gone.
0:52:28.680 ‐‐> 0:52:37.430
Hughes, Guy D
Umm, it's not live and and we'd still be something to consult about, but anyway that's that's just I just wanted to add that to that question.
0:52:38.300 ‐‐> 0:52:41.490
No, that helps tremendously. That simplifies it quite a bit.
0:52:43.560 ‐‐> 0:52:49.470
So, but as far as you know, guy, the line is gone, so there's only the tower itself at this point.
0:52:51.140 ‐‐> 0:52:51.780
Maclosky, Tomas
Is that correct?
0:52:51.890 ‐‐> 0:53:0.380
Hughes, Guy D
Correct, correct. And there there will be. You know, again, I don't know the exact timeline we're doing a.
0:53:1.690 ‐‐> 0:53:3.220
Hughes, Guy D
Environmental assessment.
0:53:3.910 ‐‐> 0:53:6.510
Hughes, Guy D
That's coming out with uh for Entergy.
0:53:7.80 ‐‐> 0:53:7.570
Maclosky, Tomas
Sure.
0:53:7.270 ‐‐> 0:53:11.370
Hughes, Guy D
But that just just so you know that plan, I don't have the schedule.
0:53:12.520 ‐‐> 0:53:13.900
Hughes, Guy D
Yet but that.
0:53:14.720 ‐‐> 0:53:20.750
Hughes, Guy D
Just just in terms, yes, in terms of the power line, it's not live and it's not across.
0:53:20.870 ‐‐> 0:53:24.60
Hughes, Guy D
Umm, the waterway? It doesn't go South.
0:53:25.200 ‐‐> 0:53:25.670
Hughes, Guy D
Uh.
0:53…
