About this file
This pre-proposal conference slide deck and related federal contract opportunity summarize requirements for the rehabilitation of the Eagle Lake Carriage Road within Acadia National Park. The National Park Service seeks a firm-fixed price contract to complete repairs and improvements to the roadway and associated drainage structures. Offerors must submit technical and price proposals by July 20, 2020 in separate email attachments not exceeding file size limits. The acquisition will be conducted as a negotiated procurement and award made based on a best value determination evaluating technical approach, experience, management approach, and past performance. The selected contractor must commence work within 180 calendar days of notice to proceed and complete all work within the period of performance. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each day of delay beyond the completion date.
