Plock, Tegan M Make sure we’re ok with limited-slip

Plock, Tegan M CanAm has locking; Polaris unclear?

Bolejack, Jacob R Polaris has their own proprietary differential type. maybe add "or equivilant)?

Plock, Tegan M How critical is this? Does it turn the thing into a gator? Polaris does have dump box.

Bolejack, Jacob R Not critical, but part of limiting the spec to the exact 2-3 utv's that i want...

Plock, Tegan M Is there something specific that we’re trying to tie down?

Bolejack, Jacob R Nothing specific, coolers, gas cans, antlers... just need points to tie to.

Plock, Tegan M Confirming that this happens with accessory additions (typically)?

Bolejack, Jacob R I not sure exactly what you mean? Fully enclosed cab is something we need to us from factory. Typically they are add on when ordering? The units that i am targeting require the add on.

• Full windshield (glass or safety-rated equivalent)

• Electric windshield wiper system

• Full hard doors (soft doors are not acceptable)

• Rear panel or rear window

Additional requirements:

• Cab heating system (HVAC preferred but not required)

• Interior lighting

• Compliance with applicable UT and CO regulations to be street-legal

3.9 Required Equipment

• Front-mounted winch, ≥ 3,500 lb capacity

• 2-inch receiver hitch

• Rearview and side mirrors

Plock, Tegan M Confirm with Jake that this is actually a thing

Plock, Tegan M Compliance with applicable DOT standards (street-legal?)

Street legal would be a good addition, it think all UTV's that i am targeting will be compliant with the ANSI standards.

4. Delivery Requirements

• Delivered fully assembled and operational

• All required equipment installed and functional

• No modifications that void manufacturer warranty

5. Inspection & Acceptance The Government will inspect the vehicle upon delivery to verify:

• Compliance with all salient characteristics

• Proper installation of cab system and accessories

• Operational functionality

The Government reserves the right to reject any product that does not meet requirements.

6. Warranty

• Minimum one (1) year manufacturer warranty

• Vendor shall ensure availability of parts and service support within a reasonable geographic area

Plock, Tegan M CanAm has three year power-train, 1 year warranty rest of the unit; Polaris…?

I cant tell on this one either... Polaris maybe only has a 6 month? im fine removing or reducing this requirement.
