About this file

This is Amendment P0001 to federal contract 140P1426Q0021, consisting of Questions and Answers clarifying contract requirements for cleaning and maintenance services at Grand Teton National Park visitor facilities in Wyoming.

The amendment addresses three primary areas of clarification. First, regarding road construction impacts during the base year and Option Year 1 (5/30/2026 to 9/30/2027), contractors will not receive compensation for traffic delays caused by construction on Moose Wilson Road. Access to the Laurence S. Rockefeller Preserve Visitor Center will be affected through three distinct periods: complete closure until 6/20/2026 requiring use of an alternative route via US-89, Jackson, and Wyoming State Highway 22; partial access from 6/20/2026 to 9/6/2026 with potential 45-minute intermittent delays between 7am-7pm; and closure again from 9/7/2026 onward. These same dates apply for Option Year 1, shifting to 2027. Second, the amendment confirms restroom square footage across two facilities: Craig Thomas Visitor Center restrooms totaling approximately 1,359 square feet across main, auditorium, employee, and exterior facilities; and Laurence S. Rockefeller Junior Visitor Center restrooms totaling approximately 743 square feet including composting toilet facilities. Third, seasonal housing unit cleaning requirements are specified for 20 housing units with maximum sizes of 426 square feet (studio), 600 square feet (one bedroom), 1,280 square feet (two bedroom), and 1,680 square feet (three bedroom). Housing cleanings are scheduled between April 1 and November 15 annually with seven days' minimum notice from the Contracting Officer's Representative.
