About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Yellowstone National Park detailing the procurement of a stainless steel hybrid spreader dump body system for a 2018 International snowplow truck. The project requires a 14-foot sander body with specific technical specifications, including a 9.7-13.7 cubic yard capacity, 304 stainless steel construction, 22-degree sloped floor for self-cleaning, front discharge configuration, and comprehensive features like an integrated conveyor system, spinner chute, tailgate, and lighting package.

The solicitation (140P1425Q0098) is issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region, with a performance period from 09/15/2025 to 12/31/2025. The park is requesting separate pricing for the sander body equipment and transportation, with the option to either award transportation separately or handle it internally. Vendors must provide a detailed quote for the body installation, including specific technical requirements such as conveyor specifications, spinner chute adjustability, hoist configuration, and comprehensive lighting systems for enhanced visibility and safety.
