About this file

This document appears to be a set of Structural Notes and General Notes related to the stabilization of Cabins 4 and 6 at the Grand Teton Climbers' Ranch in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.

The Structural Notes provide details on the applicable building codes and design criteria, including ground snow load, roof dead and live loads, wind and seismic parameters, and allowable soil bearing pressure. The notes also include specifications for reinforcing steel, concrete, and wood framing to be used in the stabilization work. Specific requirements are given for items such as concrete cover, rebar lap splices, plywood sheathing, and preservative treatment of wood in contact with concrete.

The document references a related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number 140P1424R0020, to "Stabilize Cabin 4 at the Grand Teton Climbers' Ranch" issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region. However, the provided file does not contain the full solicitation details, only the attached structural and design specifications.
