About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The PPQ is used to collect information about a company's past performance on a specific project, including ratings on various performance criteria such as relationship with the client, quality control, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. The PPQ instructions indicate that the offeror is to complete Section A with project details, then send the questionnaire to the project owner/evaluator to complete Section B with their assessment. The completed PPQ must be submitted with the offeror's proposal by the specified deadline. The related federal contract opportunity is for pavement markings and striping work on roads and parking areas within Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The contract will be awarded by the Department of the Interior, National Park Service Intermountain Region.
