About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment with Questions and Answers for Solicitation 140L6325Q0014, issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The solicitation involves upfitting Law Enforcement (LEO) vehicles, specifically addressing two vehicles: a 2016 Chevy 2500 (current LE vehicle) and a 2024 Ford F-250 with an 8-foot bed (new vehicle requiring upfitting). In response to a potential subcontractor's request, the government provided multiple photographic images of both vehicles to assist vendors in assessing the upfitting scope and preparing their quotes, demonstrating a collaborative approach to supporting the solicitation process.

Solicitation 140L6325Q0014, Amendment 0001 4/2/2025 Question and Answer Question 1 of 1: We are currently preparing a quote for Solicitation 140L6325Q0014 (BLM LEO vehicle upfitting). A subcontractor I’m working with requested photos of both the 2016 Chevy 2500 and the 2024 Ford F-250 to better assess the scope before quoting.
Would it be possible for someone to send over a few photos of each vehicle? If there’s any opportunity to view the vehicles in person, we’d be happy to coordinate that as well.
Answer 1 of 1: Please see the following photos of the 2016 Chevy 2500 (current LE Vehicle) and the 2024 Ford F-250 with the 8ft bed (new vehicle that requires the upfit):
