Solicitation 140L6223Q0010 - Responses to Received Questions

1. I may have just missed it, but I was unable to find if the agency is supplying materials or if the contractor is required to supply the materials.

Response: The contractor is to supply all the materials.

2. Will the materials to be torn out be salvaged or reused at all or will they become property of the contractor?

Response: The materials to be torn out/removed will be disposed of offsite and in a legal manner by the contractor, unless directed otherwise by the BLM Contracting Officer. The contractor will not be allowed to take possession of removed materials even if salvageable unless directed otherwise by the BLM Contracting Officer.

3. Is it possible to get a better general location map for those of us that can’t attend the site visit. Also are the steel tubular posts galvanized or drill stem type steel pipe?

Response: An additional Brokenback Fence Area Map is now included in the attachments for this solicitation. The map shows that the location is not far out of Ten Sleep. The steel tubular posts would be more of a drill stem type steel pipe.

Fireproof fencing or equivalent.
