AMENDMENT: 0001
Q1. The bid schedule items 3, 4, and 6, don’t seem to be mentioned or described anywhere else. Could we have a fuller description of the work involved to complete these items? Is the contractor responsible for disposing of these materials?
A1. There is no fence, culvert, or tank to be removed from this site. An updated Bid Schedule has been included to show this change.
The contractor is responsible for the disposing of all materials as per Section 01009 3.5.A.
Q2. Are GPS coordinates available or other detailed instructions that would enable the site to be found in order to observe site conditions?
A2. GPS coordinates could be provided for the guzzler location, though there are overview maps that show the access road that will be followed.
Q3. Is the BLM going to deliver the guzzler materials to the site? Or where will we pick them up?
A3. The contractor is responsible for hauling all materials for this contract to the site from Worland ware yard on West River Road (RD 433).
4. It seems the only material to be provided by contractor is the rock cobble. Is this correct?
A4. Yes, the rock cobble is what is required by the contractor to provide as per Section 01009 2.0.
