About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing clarifications regarding the repair and maintenance of five Polaris Ranger 900 XP utility terrain vehicles (UTVs). All four Ranger 900 XP models are two-seat versions. Of the five vehicles, only two are currently operational and capable of starting, steering, and braking sufficiently for loading and unloading purposes. The vehicles are not equipped with plows, cabs, racks, or other accessories that would increase their overall dimensions. The Government is responsible for transporting the UTVs to and from the Contractor's location, with pickup and delivery occurring within 30 miles of the Government facility location in Vale, OR 97918. This document serves as clarification of contract requirements regarding vehicle specifications, operational status, and logistics arrangements for the repair and maintenance services to be performed by the Contractor.
