No, this is not a new requirement. The current contract has expired in April 2025.

The incumbent on the most recent contract (expired April 2025) was Myers Enterprises, Inc. for a 5-year period valued at $93,743.58.
3. Can you please confirm the quantities for janitorial services CLINS a and b?
The services required under the CLINs should reflect all the items identified in the

(Mon, Wed, & Fri). The CLIN “b” items represent the 6 months of the year that “Weekly

The monthly quote should incorporate all costs, including the weekly, monthly, semi-annually services and supplies, materials, etc. The contractor will complete those monthly/semi-annual items at the same time they are on site. It will not require an addition visit to the site. The monthly/semi-annual items are not to be invoiced separately.
The quote for these items should be submitted as a per month cost only.
Additionally, the offeror shall provide a price (CLIN “c” items) for an additional day of service, in the event the BLM has a need due during high/extended fire activity.

Monday, June 9, 2025.
6. How much must I pay my workers?
It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine the appropriate wages and fringe benefits required. Please refer to the Wage Determination attached to the solicitation (#2015-5591
Revision 24) for the minimum required wages, in accordance with the Service Contract
Labor Standards. Please refer to the notes and associated Executive Orders for any labor categories identified with *** when making that determination.
7. Will cleanings be required in the mornings or in the evenings and is there a seasonal schedule?
As noted on page 1 of the performance work statement, services shall be performed from
5:00 am to 7:30 am, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except for federal holidays from November to April. From May to October, the frequency of services will increase to a Monday through Friday schedule. During extended fire activity, additional days of service may be requested.
