About this file
This document is a Statement of Work for law enforcement UTV up-fitting requirements. It details the specific equipment and installation specifications for the front grill/quarter panel, rear quarter panel, roof, interior, and engine compartment/vehicle interior of the UTV.
Key requirements include installing red/blue LED light strips, off-road lights, siren speakers, wig-wag flashers, hide-a-blast LED inserts, radio antennas, power supply, control switches, USB charge ports, and a charge guard system. The vendor must use new parts that meet the specified standards and obtain approval from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) before purchasing and installing any replacement parts. The BLM reserves the right to disqualify any parts deemed unsatisfactory. The vendor will be responsible for the cost of any new parts needed beyond the initial quote. This work is part of the larger CCDO BPA LE Vehicle De-install/Install solicitation (No. 140L3924Q0097) issued by the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management Nevada Region.
