Cedar Ridge Unit 1- 489acres Cedar Ridge Unit 2- 407 acres Cedar Ridge Unit 2-1- 4 acres Cedar Ridge Units 1-1 thru 1-11- 86 acres TL Reservoir Unit 1- 195acres TL Reservoir Unit 2- 153 acres

All Cedar Ridge and TL Reservoir treatment units are located in Northwestern Crook County, WY.

The work is located on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Newcastle Field Office, in Weston County.

Please use this Performance Work Statement to assist with quotes.

Cedar Ridge project area Units1 and 2 are not publicly accessible. Access to these lands has been granted by adjacent landowners on privately owned two track roads for the purpose of conducting operations. TL Reservoir project area does have publicly open access off of Little Missouri Road (county road 200) onto existing BLM two track road systems. Loss of access to the contractor due to negligence or poor management practices on the contractor’s behalf is the sole responsibility of the contractor and the Government cannot be held liable. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting, prior to submission of bids. UTV’s will prevent resource damage and increase productivity and access for crews.

The contractor is solely responsible to maintain good best practices by closing all gates, no-trash, no resource damage on roads, etc.

The Government assumes no obligation to plow snow or perform special maintenance to keep roads open. All garbage must be removed from the work sites daily.
