About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Pocatello Road Grading 2025 project. The Q&A addresses multiple technical specifications related to clearing and grubbing work, including material disposal, specification references, and project scope. Key points include clarifications that the clearing and grubbing work is minimal, contractors should reference the Federal Lands Highway FP-14 specifications, and a pre-bid site tour was conducted on 09/03/2025. The document provides guidance on how contractors should handle clearing work, material disposal, and references to specification sections, with the agency indicating that contractors have flexibility in determining how to allocate costs for incidental clearing and grubbing tasks.
