About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal contract opportunity 140L1726Q0019. The document addresses two primary inquiries from potential vendors regarding submission procedures and bid sheet requirements.
The first question clarifies that vendors performing the work must submit bids directly to the government rather than to a prime company, with pricing submitted as firm fixed price. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified as small businesses to be eligible. The second question confirms that bid sheets must be updated to align with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifically incorporating changes to the number of days (increased from 2 to 3), per diem amounts, and the number of CVIs (increased to 3). The government has updated the bid sheet template to reflect these modifications.

140L1726Q0019 Q&A 5
1.Do we submit our bid to the “prime company” or directly to the government?
A. Vendor who's doing the work would need to submit the bid directly to us with any revised pricing as firm fix price. The vendor submitting the quote must be registered with SAMs and have certified as a small business.
2. Should we include the number of days from 2 to 3, increase the per diem and number of CVIs to 3 on the bid sheet?
A. Yes, the bid sheet must match the updated SOW. I have updated the Bid Sheet to reflect the changes.
