About this file
This document is a Basis for Award document for the Zapata Falls Campground Improvements project from the United States Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management, San Luis Valley Field Office. The contract will be awarded based on price and other factors, with past performance weighted more heavily than price. Offerors must submit past performance examples from similar work completed within the last three years, including contract information, project description, and contact details. Past performance will be graded on a confidence scale ranging from No Confidence to Significant Confidence, with higher ratings given to more relevant work, recent projects, and demonstrated customer satisfaction. The evaluation will include information from government databases like SAM.gov, CPARS, and FPDS. Pricing will be revealed to the technical evaluation board only after other factors have been graded.
