About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Zapata Toilet Pumping contract. The document provides details about the frequency of toilet vault pumping for specific locations, including Zapata Falls Recreation Area, Blanca Wetlands, and Lobatos Bridge Vault. Most vaults will be pumped annually, with Blanca Wetlands requiring pumping every other year. Day Use Areas may need additional summer pumping, which will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The document also clarifies that trash collection is not part of this contract, as a separate contract covers campground trash services.
