140L1725Q0021 - BLM-CO WRFO Cabana Install

Q: We (the contractor) are responsible for purchasing and providing the Cabana from Shadesun.com, correct?

A: Yes

Q: The schedule of Items only has the Cabana listed. Is that all you need on there?

The scope of work is going to require, but not limited to, concrete, rebar, ancillary hardware, and (I thought I read about concrete picnic tables – but I can’t seem to find them on the paperwork right now); these don’t need to be included on the schedule of items?

A: There are no picnic tables, just the cabana and the items required install in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions and the drawings. As well as the dirt work and aggregate that goes around the base.

Q: The drawings show a concrete floor under the Cabana and section 01009 says it will be compressed aggregate, please clarify.

A: The floor will be compacted aggregate. Updated drawings and specs will be included in the attachments.
