About this file
This is a Memo to File documenting a synopsis exemption determination for a federal contract solicitation.
Solicitation Number 140L0626Q0002, issued by the Bureau of Land Management's National Operations Center in Denver, Colorado, has been determined exempt from synopsis requirements under FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The exemption is based on three criteria: the proposed contract action is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold; the notice of proposed contract action will be accessible through the Government Point of Entry (GPE); and the solicitation will permit public electronic response. The contracting officer, Greetchen Jeremie, made this determination on June 30, 2026. This memo serves as the official file documentation justifying the synopsis exemption for this acquisition.
