Questions and Answers

Question: Please provide directions to the site.

Answer: At the intersection of HWY 89 and State HWY 232, just south of the Flying J Travel Plaza in Cokeville, WY, turn east on State Hwy 232. Stay on Hwy 232 going east to northeast, then north for approximately 11 miles where pavement ends. Stay on BLM road 4213 at the end of pavement, beginning gravel road for approximately 8 miles to the existing Smith’s Fork Bridge. (map attached)

Question: Where will the new bridge be located?

Answer: The new bridge will replace the current one at the same location.

Question: In response to Phase I, Volume 2 & 3 requirements, can you clarify if successful past performance of the contractor and designer-of-record on the same project be a design-build project?

Answer: Yes.

Question: Can section L-9 be changed to remove the requirement of “At least one project must be one in which the general contractor and designer-of-record both worked to successfully complete the same project.” The proposed language would be, five recent projects of similar complexity and size magnitude completed by the GC and DOR.

Answer: Section L-9 remains unchanged.

Question: Please clarify the small business size standard for 237310.

Answer: The size standard is $39.5M.
