About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for seismic monitoring services. It modifies evaluation criteria to de-emphasize experience in foreign countries and instead require at least one key personnel with such experience. Resumes must demonstrate experience with specific seismic monitoring instruments. Evaluation will also consider education, awards, and certifications in addition to experience and time with the firm. The amendment extends the proposal due date to September 1, 2021 for the solicitation issued by the Department of Interior's U.S. Geological Survey Office of Acquisitions and Grants. The opportunity is for seismic monitoring services to support the SAF ASL program.
