1. What are the specific requirements for the projector? They are concerned that lower bids may lead to questionable quality items.

o Minimum 7000 lumens o 3LCD projector o Product example: Epson PowerLite L775U or equivalent o More information in revised salient details

2. Can we provide a diagram of the current system as a baseline?

o Attached

3. Do we need the items to be TAA compliant.

o The products shall be compliant with the applicable FAR clause 52.225-3

Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act, as indicated in the RFQ clause document.

4. Satellite Monitors Location?

o Mockup attached. It doesn't have to mount exactly as shown, but the positioning is around what we would like. They should be mirrored in terms of placement position and mounting on each side.

5. Are we 100% set on Polycom?

o We would like the Polycom G7500 or equivalent.

6. Ceiling Mics being replaced?

o yes

7. Are we going with a BYOD solution for the computer or if we want to use a desktop in conjunction with the Polycom.

o BYOD solution.

8. Can the government provide examples of equipment required to replace? i.e.

Brand, TAA compliant etc.
