1. Can you provide an architectural floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, furniture plan, electrical power plan, telephone/data plan, elevation plans or AV plans for the auditorium?

2. If there are not any architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, furniture plans, electrical power plans, telephone/data plans or elevation plans available can you provide a room drawing that depicts the length, width, height, windows, power locations, tel/data locations, AV locations, etc.?

7. Can you clarify and/or provide USGS security standards for conferencing solutions?
• Unable to confirm at this time
8. Can you clarify the term "satellite monitors"? Does this mean large screen TV?
• Would prefer a conference monitor without “Smart TV” features. Have no need for wifi features that newer smart TV’s typically have. Doesn’t need speakers. Just a large reliable screen that shows an image from HDMI and works will with the system.
9. Will the podium be provided by USGS?
• Yes, it is already in place with 2 small monitors on it already.
10. Can you provide details of the podium? (Pictures, dimensions - length, width, height, manufacturer and model.)
• We have the “extra wide” 48in model: Multimedia Lectern, Podium Commander – Podiums Direct
• Dimensions: 28", 36" or 48"W x 27"D x 44.69"H
11. Will two (2) existing projectors be replaced?
• There is only one pointed at the center of the wall, and yes it will be replaced
12. If two (2) existing projectors will be replaced, would it be acceptable to upgrade the projectors to a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) instead of a lower resolution of 1080 (1920 x 1080)?
• As long as the projectors support 1080p, yes.
13. Will two (2) existing motorized projection screens be replaced?
• There is only 1 motorized projector screen.
14. If two (2) existing motorized projection screens will be replaced, would it be acceptable to upgrade the motorized projection screens to a 4K resolution format (3840 x 2160) instead of a lower resolution of 1080 format (1920 x 1080)?
• As long it shares the aspect ratio of the 1080p.
15. We would like to know if 2 cameras are still needed even if the Modular conferencing system is coming with one.
• As long as the camera that comes with it meets the specifications listed for the camera, then yes permissible.
16. We would like to know the likely estimates of wires and cables needed.
