10. What GFE (Government Furnished Equipment) equipment is being requested to be de-installed from the auditorium?

a. The current projector, projector screen, and the unused equipment in the rack in the back of the room.

Some additional notes:

1. The attached "HDMIVideoOutputRoughDiagram.png" shows basically what we want for the video outputs from the Polycom. We already have all the podium/sat monitors. The connections are there for the sat monitors, but not for the podium monitors. Only have 1 HDMI running to the podium monitors.

2. The Architectual drawings don't include the sat monitors. Some information is below regarding them.

the large Sat Monitors are both Samsung QN85Q60DAF. They get signal from a splitter/ HDMI to Ethernet adapter that was installed by a vendor with them, there are 2. They are: EXT40-4K.

3. Also, for one of 1 working podium monitors, it's just a long HDMI cable coming out the current DMPS. It was a patch solution since the HDMI to Ethernet adapter for that failed. the other podium monitor is not in use, it was put it there in anticipation of this project. here are their models: Dell 22 Monitor - P2222H
