About this file

This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for simultaneous interpretation services. The solicitation is seeking Spanish and French interpretation for a four-day trilateral committee meeting from April 29th to May 2nd, 2024 in San Diego. Services required include interpretation equipment, set-up and break down, Spanish and French interpreter labor, a technician, and travel expenses. The amendment provides responses to vendor questions, updates periods of performance, and extends the quote due date to February 12, 2024. It clarifies that 100 receivers and headphones are needed for participants, and confirms logistical details such as overnight storage and set-up requirements. Evaluation criteria are also amended to emphasize technical ability and past performance over price.
