About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) response addressing clarifications for an HVAC project at Jackson National Fish Hatchery in Jackson, Wyoming.
The government clarified that the correct place of performance is Jackson National Fish Hatchery, 1500 Fish Hatchery Road, Jackson, WY 83001-9805, resolving a discrepancy where the SF-1442 form incorrectly referenced Jones Hole National Fish Hatchery in Vernal, Utah. Site visits may be scheduled for September 8th and 9th, 2026, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, coordinated through listed site contacts. For the experience requirement in Section M, offerors should use the most relevant experience to demonstrate technical capability to perform the HVAC work according to the Statement of Work; comparable commercial projects are acceptable when properly documented, and the requirement applies to the offeror and/or proposed subcontractor/specialist team. Bonding requirements are tiered based on contract value: no bond required for contracts of $0–$35,000; a payment bond at 100% of contract price for $35,000–$150,000; and both performance and payment bonds at 100% of contract price for contracts exceeding $150,000.
