About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation of a vault toilet and connecting sidewalk at the Migrant's Mile Trail in Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, Kansas. The project requires a pre-engineered, prefabricated, accessible single-vault toilet structure with specific design specifications, including a 750-gallon precast ABS-lined concrete vault, stainless steel interior features, ADA-compliant accessibility, and exterior finishes like a metal roof, stone wainscot, and shiplap-style siding. The contractor will also install an approximately 50' x 4' x 4" concrete sidewalk connecting the handicapped parking pad to the vault toilet location, with responsibility for site preparation, excavation, and final grading to ensure proper drainage. The toilet will be located on S.
