The purpose of this amendment is to post contractor questions and the answers to those questions. The Questions and Answers follow:

Question 1: How does the contractor control the level of each lake?

Answer: The Contractor shall control the reservoir in Grama Lake and Comanche Lake with the existing outlet works gate in each dam per the requirements of Paragraph 3.1 of

Specification Section 01 57 00.

Question 2: How does the contractor drop the level of the lake below the intake tower elevation and if there is a bypass, where is that located and where does the water flow?
