Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence and transportation necessary to construct the project in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Drawings, and terms and conditions contained herein as follows:

The Base work includes but is not limited to: 1 LS _____________________________________ The Project consists of the construction of a one-story, approximate

10.625 square foot structure. The Project includes site clearing and grading, site utilities, paving, and landscaping. The building consist of concrete foundations, rigid steel framing, concrete masonry and exterior stone, metal siding, metal roofing, metal and wood doors, storefront windows and doors, interior finishes, standard building specialities, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection (sprinklers and alarms), and electrical systems.
