- There is currently 1 mobile maintenance mechanic who comes on-site when needed and has the required tools.
- Pricing will be done on a per-job basis, with the contractor responsible for purchasing all parts/fluids and requesting reimbursement. The mechanics will travel to the base only when maintenance is required, not be on-site full-time.

The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions received after the extension granted in Amendment 0001. The responses are provided in this amendment. All answers are the Government's response. Refer below.
Question 1: Is the facility a designated maintenance/repair shop or just an empty facility with no equipment, such as jacks and lifts? If there is equipment at the facility, can you provide a list of what is available?
Answer: The facility is not a repair shop, but there will be a designated area for repairs to be made.
Question 2: Attachment 2 lists 29 types of equipment, is this the total number of equipment needing maintenance or are there multiples of each type of equipment? If there are multiples of each type, what is total number of equipment needing maintenance?
Answer: The list provided is the required equipment list needing maintenance, the only new addition would be a Kubota Tractor and Skid Steer just recently purchased.
Question 3: Are there currently employees performing the work? If so, how many? Also, do any current employees have all the tools needed to perform their work?
Answer: 1 mobile maintenance mechanic comes on site when maintenance is required. The company provided the mechanic with a mobile unit with tools and required items to make the repairs.
Question 4: Section 2.2.1.7.1 mentions getting a job estimate for each job. Are we pricing out each job separately for reimbursement?
Answer: Each job will be priced out separately for reimbursement.
Question 5: Section 2.2.1.7.2 mentions reimbursement for materials. Do we have to purchase all parts and then request reimbursement?
Answer: Yes, all parts needed for repair will need to be included in the estimate with a final quote for reimbursement.
Question 6: Do we purchase and provide all parts/fluid or do we order parts/fluids through the governments supply channels?
Answer: The contractor is responsible for ordering all parts/fluids, this will not be accomplished through government supply channels.
Question 7: Section 2.3.1 under Price, seems to indicate that mechanics will only travel to the base when maintenance is needed. Will the mechanics be performing their duties full time on the base, or will they only go to the base when maintenance is required?
Answer: They will be going to range A-22 (on-base) or C-64 (off base) when maintenance is required, but will not be on site full time
