17/26/24Tohi-Efficio JVWith the final location of the sports complex being undetermined, it is impossible to calculate the distances and extent of utilities which will be required (per the solicitation). To finalize these prices, the contractor will need to coordinate with local Electric, Water, Sewer, and internet providers which service this area. As such, can the utilities be excluded from the bid schedule, as their price will be determined by the projects final location and accepted design?7/26/24Electricity only; No water or sewer7/29/24
