Questions & Answers for TORFP # 140A2324R0004 Modular Daycare – HINU
1. Can we have any/all existing site & utility drawings
• LINK. Haskell makes no assertions of accuracy. Responsibility remains with the Contractor to verify. Plans room can be made available by appointment for inspection of other campus drawings.
2. Will there be a site visit
• Site visit occurred per the solicitation.

• Haskell
6. Are concrete foundations required
• Foundation design will be based on the requirements of the modular units selected, soil conditions, and many other factors which are the responsibility of the Design Build Contractor.
7. Are there any soils reports available
• No soil reports are available for the new daycare location. Older soils reports for other locations on campus may be available in the LINK.
8. Can you provide the specifications of the furniture/equipment for this facility
• Furniture is not in the scope of this project.
• Playground equipment shall be designed & proposed by Design Build
Contractor to accommodate all age groups based on the requirements of the
GSA PBS 140, KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING
PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE CENTERS, and applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
9. Are City permits/inspections required
• The project is subject to the Construction Stormwater Program.
10. Is the parking area to be of crushed aggregate, asphalt or concrete
• Permanent installation of concrete or asphalt with concrete curbs, appropriate striping to accommodate all spaces, drop off, and access as required by applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
• Refer to Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 section 5090 & 5100 of the BIA Design Handbook.
11. What does FPS stand for

• SOW section D-1-o contains the requirement of 26 ga.
13. Is VCT acceptable vs Knight Premium Flooring Quartz
• Substitutions shall be of equal or greater performance.
• All substitution requests shall be for the specific proposed product including specification sheets and documentation to adequately evaluate performance.
• VCT is not an equal substitution to quartz flooring.
14. How far away is the nearest transformer

• Documents provided for reference. HINU takes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of these documents. The Design Build Contractor is responsible for determining this information.

15. Can you provide the specifications for the refrigerator, oven, range, freezer, convection oven, microwave and washer and dryer

16. How many under counter outlets are required for counter appliances
• Follow BIA Design standards and appropriate accommodation for potential mobile countertop appliances for a kitchen.
17. Can you provide us with the specifications of the Avigilon systems
• American Digital Security is the vendor that services the systems.

19. What is the distance from the modular building to the facility where the fiber is to tie in?

20. Are Bard wall pack HVAC’s acceptable vs a split system
• No
21. Will the fire alarm tie in or report to a central station
• Shall require cellular monitoring.
22. Do you have the flow data to the nearest fire hydrant in relation to this modular building

24. Please confirm the intent of a modular building package? Given the requirement of a dedicated parking lot, fencing, and playground with the building, the facility sounds to be more permanent. Is the government amenable to a conventional built (stick-built) building on site rather than a modular structure?
• Contractor is to provide a proposal response as outlined in the Solicitation and attachments.
25. At the site visit it was noted the existing grade slopes ~2-3 ft. Will the customer require the site area to be flat (other than slight slope for drainage) for the building pad as well as the playground or is the grade to remain as is?
• The design shall accommodate the intended use while meeting applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation including KANSAS LAWS
AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD
CARE CENTERS.
26. Does the government have a site utility plan they can provide?

27. What is the condition of the sewer line the contractor is to tie into? Is contractor to assume it is in operable condition?
• Sewer line is old and one 20’-30' section has been replaced with PVC pipe after a collapse. Project will require replacement of the existing or a new connection to a main line. The design shall meet applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
28. Regarding the acoustical ceiling, is the contractor to provide and install thermal ceiling tiles or is batt insulation to be installed above the ceiling?
• This is a design decision that needs to be proposed by the Design Build Contractor and meet a minimum R-value of 30.
29. How many data drops does the government require per personnel office space? Does the government require any wireless access points for the building? If so, how many and where?
• Provide 24 strand fiber to IT closet that is separate, ventilated, and secured.
• Provide an appropriate size rack.
• IT will provide switches for staff data, security devices, wireless network connectivity, and voice-over IP (VoIP).
o IT will provide VoIP phones.
o The network requirement will be for the contractor to provide and install CAT 6A network lines for any network connections.

CAT 6A lines for security devices must be green jacket cabling.
CAT 6A lines for other devices will need to be blue jacket cabling.
o The Contractor must provide CAT 6A patch panels and terminate and certify all network lines.
Cabling installation needs to have a 10-year warranty on the installation.
Network keystones at the wall jack will need to be the following colors:
• For user ports with two connections (this would be for staff office or desk areas) o The top port must be a red keystone jack for a
VoIP phone.
o The bottom port must be a blue keystone jack for data.
• Wi-Fi, keystones will need to be blue.
• Security devices and HVAC will need to be green.
• David Fire (IT) to be included in design meetings.
30. Regarding HVAC, does the government require ducted or ductless split system(s) for the building? If ducted, does the government require a centralized air handler that then feeds all areas of the building (with exterior condensing unit(s))? If ductless, does the government require a ductless system for each room mounted on an exterior wall?
• Traditional ducted system. Design shall provide an engineered system to effectively heat and cool the building as required by applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
31. Does the building require an emergency back-up generator and transfer switch?
• There is no requirement for a generator in this project.
32. Is the government amenable to Microsoft Project scheduling software in lieu of P6 scheduling software?
• Microsoft Project is acceptable.
• Schedule must be Gantt chart critical path method.
33. Is exterior lighting around the playground required?
• Playground is not intended to be in use past 5:00 pm.
• Only as required for security.
34. How large is the land parcel that has been set-aside for this project? I.e. is the contractor confined to a specific sized space to incorporate the drive, parking, building, and playground?
• No specific borders have been established for this project. Final design approval by HINU.
35. Are there any requirements for length of time on the roofing warranty?
• 20 year minimum.
36. What type of roofing is required for this project and are there any requirements on thickness?
• Refer to BIA Design Handbook Chapter 7 Section 7060.
37. Will the fire alarm tie into the existing campus alarm system and mass notification?
• Shall require cellular monitoring.
38. Will the Haskell provide the exterior signage?
• Yes.
39. Is exterior lighting needed for signage?
• No
40. How many employees, including the Director, will be working in the day-care facility on a daily? We have to know this number to calculate the number of parking spots, including handicap spots. The Civil Engineer will have the number of parking spots for parents and guests based on the number of children.
• 6 total adult staff are currently anticipated but it must be designed to meet applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation including KANSAS
LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND
CHILD CARE CENTERS.
41. Is lightning protection needed?
• If required by applicable codes and standards listed in the solicitation.
42. Are tornado shelters needed?
• See Question #67 – Option Line Item is hereby added to the solicitation.
43. If tornado shelters are required, how many?
• Shall provide an appropriate space to accommodate all building occupants.
44. What are the types of playground equipment needed and quantity of each? (merry-go round, slides, etc.)
• Playground equipment shall be designed & proposed by Design Build Contractor to accommodate all age groups based on the requirements of the
GSA PBS 140, KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING
PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE CENTERS, and applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
45. Concerning landscaping, what is needed, ground sprinklers, sod, trees, shrubs, exterior lighting, etc.?
• Provide design based on requirements of applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation including BIA Design Handbook and PBS 140.
46. Is a stormwater drain system in place on or near the site?
• LINK
47. What is the center pitch of the roof?
• This is a design question with a solution to be proposed by the Design Build
Contractor.
48. Will gutters be required?
• Yes, refer to BIA Design Handbook Chapter 7 Section 7060 and ensure water is adequately diverted from building or taken to stormwater system.
49. Is an Architectural stamp required?
• Yes, all disciplines are required to have a stamp.
50. Will a list of furniture, quantity, type, color be provided?
• Furniture is not in the scope of this project.
51. Could Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) be used where the Quartz flooring is to be installed?
LVT is much cheaper than Quartz and a very durable product.
• Substitutions shall be of equal or greater performance.
• All substitution requests shall be for the specific proposed product including specification sheets and documentation to adequately evaluate performance.
• VCT is not an equal substitution to quartz flooring.
52. Could Carpet Tile be used where sheet carpet is to be installed? A single carpet tile can be removed and replaced if it becomes stained or ruined.
• Rolled commercial grade product with pad is required of appropriate design for daycare facilities per PBS 140 and KANSAS LAWS AND
REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE
CENTERS.
53. Our plan is to build-up the proposed lot and place a retaining wall on the East side of the lot, connecting to a stormwater drain system. Rather than allowing all the rainwater to drain to the East.
• Design decisions will be reviewed in the design meetings with HINU.
54. Are there as-built Civil drawings for the proposed site?
• LINK
55. Could the Modular units use mini split system or ductless system? The ductless system provides each room a thermostat to control the temperature in each room.
• No
56. Are "dual-hat" responsibilities allowed? Meaning, can the project superintendent also serve as the on-site Quality Control person as well as the Site Safety & Health Officer?
• With prior approval from the CO and COR it will be considered.
57. Is this building to be designated as an E occupancy or an I occupancy rating?
• Occupancy classifications are the responsibility of the Design Build Contractor.
58. The statement of work references the supply and install HVAC split system for the building. Is it acceptable to utilize the roof top units versus a concrete pad? If the units must be mounted at ground level, is there additional fencing or screening requirements around those units?
• No rooftop installation. Fencing not required. Do not install in play area.
59. The statement of work does not reference to Synchronizing the HVAC with the campus existing EMS system. What system is currently used at the campus? Does the modular building controls system need to be connected or can it be a stand alone system?
• Shall be properly designed and connected to campus Honeywell EMS utilizing compatible equipment.
60. The Statement of Work references design and install of an automatic wet sprinkler system. Are there current flow tests available for nearby fire lines that the day care center will be connected to?

61. The Statement of Work section D.1.L Play Area and calls out the use of GSA Child care guide sections 6.3 thru 6.7. Within those sections it references outdoor play surfaces including several options resilient, hard and grass/turf. The resilient surfaces identified are pre-engineered wood accessible hardwood, preformed rubber matting, and poured-in-place rubberized surfaces. Hard surfaces materials identified include concrete, asphalt, stone or masonry pavers, and surfacing concrete with rubberized surfacing. What are the preferred surfacing products to be used for the outdoor play area or mix of materials to be used?
• The Design Build Contractor shall provide their design expertise to propose the proper surfaces considering safety, use, maintenance, cost and other factors identified in GSA and “KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR
LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE CENTERS.”
62. The Statement of Work section D.1.L Play Area and calls out the use of GSA Child care guide sections 6.3 thru 6.7. Within those sections it references play areas should be separated/segregated by age groups. Is it acceptable to combine some of the age groups such as Infant and Young Toddler together and then Older Toddler and Pre-School combined to keep the outdoor play areas separated into 2 groups? Is there fencing required to separate the potential 2 play areas or can this area be more of an open area with perimeter fencing that teachers/staff can direct students which structure is suitable for that age group?
• Combined play areas are acceptable to HINU if any needed separations can be accomplished by staggered playtimes and approved by GSA and “KANSAS
LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND
CHILD CARE CENTERS.”
63. Attachment BO8 A1A_SOW, Section k -Entry Approach references A transition, such as a porch, is desirable at the main entry. This could be combined with a covered walkway to connect with short-term parking, for protection from inclement weather. This section references it "could be Combined with covered walkway." Is a covered walkway from the main entry to the parking area required or just a canopy at the main entryway?
• This is a design decision to be proposed by the Design Build Contractor. A covered entry appropriate for the use is required but a covered walkway extending into the parking area is not specifically required.
64. Additional Parking Requirement for staff vans. How many parking spaces will be required for staff vans?
• No additional parking is required for facility vans. Vans will access the building via a pickup and drop off lane. Allow adequate accessibility between this lane and the front door of the building. BIA Design Handbook Sections:
4030, 4040, 5090, 5100.
65. Under Section C of the Statement of Work, it states that the intention is to provide child care for 28 children. On page 5 of the SOW under Architectural & Planning, paragraph d, there is a chart showing your number of children that also includes a Maximum number. The maximum number totals 49 children. Are we to design to an occupancy of 28 or 49?
• Design to maximum occupancy.
66. Based on the preliminary calculations of parking spaces required, should we assume that an overall Quantity of 12 spaces is sufficient (which includes 1 ADA parking space with ramp to the sidewalk?
• The number of parking spaces, including ADA accessible spaces, is a code requirement to be determined by the Design Build Contractor.
67. In the potential event of a Tornado Warning, should this building or an ancillary building be constructed to accommodate this need or should it be assumed that occupants will be evacuated to the nearest building with a Tornado Shelter?
• Darrin Freeman, Safety / OSHA Compliance MANAGER and HINU recommends a solid reinforced internal space to accommodate the occupancy load. A revised Section B – Price Schedule has been attached; including an Option to Increase Quantity-Separately Price Line Item (FAR 52.217-7 is hereby incorporated). Please provide a price for a Tornado Shelter under this option line item.
FAR 52.217-7 OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY-SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM (MAR 1989)
The Government may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within six months after contract award date. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree.

68. Should it be assumed that this building should utilize a flat roof system with or without a parapet?
• The requirement is for a 20 year roof with gutters and downspouts properly designed to adequately take water away from the building or to stormwater system. Refer to BIA Design Handbook Chapter 7 & Section 7060.
69. Based on initial review with building manufacturers, should it be assumed that this is a 45 or 60 MIL EPDM roof system with a 20 year warranty or what is required?
• The requirement is for a 20 year roof with gutters and downspouts properly designed to take water away from the building. Refer to BIA Design Handbook Chapter 7 & Section 7060.
• EPDM is not listed as an approved option for a membrane roof.
70. The statement of work references the requirement for supply and install one dumpster.
Should the design builder assume this requirement is limited to the concrete pad required for a dumpster and the school will update their agreement with waste management to service the building?
• Provide a concrete dumpster pad designed to support an 8 yard dumpster. The dumpster will be supplied by others. BIA Design Handbook Section 4050- 5.1.
71. In reference to a dumpster area required, does this area need to be reinforced concrete?
• Yes, refer to BIA Design Handbook Section 4050-5.1.
72. During the site visit, there was discussions of potential issues with the existing sanitary sewer draining properly. Should it be assumed that the design builder is just including the price to ensure a sanitary sewer system is installed in relation the parking lot, building, and outdoor play area or should an investigation and potential costs evaluating the existing drainage system in the areas surrounding project location are sufficient?
• Sewer line is old and one 20’-30' section has been replaced with PVC pipe after a collapse. Project will require replacement of the existing or a new connection to a main line. The design shall meet applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
73. Is it expected that the Director of the Day Care facility will be involved in the design charrette?
• Yes
74. It was observed during the site visit that the overall grade of the area does drop a few feet towards the outdoor play area in the provided site layout. Should the full site area be regraded and additional fill material be used or is it acceptable to work with the slope in the outdoor play area?
• Design Build Contractor to provide proposed design. Refer to applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
75. The statement of work reads clearly that the type of building selected is modular in nature but should more standard building construction be considered or is this truly a temporary installation which these modular units may be considered for relocation in the future?
• See Question #24.
76. The statement of work references floors shall be part of the modular building manufacturing to include steel parameter framing. This statement differs from standard modular building construction utilizing outrigger framing. If this is intended to be perimeter framing than should it be designed such that the foundation is more of a concrete stem wall versus the more typical modular building being placed on concrete piers?
• This requirement shall be removed.
77. The statement of work references a Warming Kitchen. Are these requirements intended for there to be the supply and install of a sink and outlet for a microwave or are there other appliances that need to be accounted for or supplied and installed?
• Sink is required.

78. Is Primavera P6 scheduling software a requirement for this project? Or would similar scheduling software such as
• Microsoft Project is acceptable.
• Schedule must be Gantt chart critical path method.
79. The SOW fails to clarify if and what the necessary permits will be for this project. Please advise to which permits will need to be obtained for this project.
• The project is subject to the Construction Stormwater Program.
80. The SOW does not specify the desired warranty periods for this project. Please advise, on what the desired warranties will be for this project.
• The General Contractor warranty is for 1 Year, roofing is minimum 20 years, and all other equipment warranties specified by the manufacturer shall be provided by the contractor to the owner in a warranty manual.
81. Is the Prime contractor to provide the furniture equipment for the facility? The GSA document states on page 28 of 154 states “....the actual equipment is provided by GSA.”
Please clarify.
• Furniture is not in the scope of this project
• Playground equipment is in the scope of this project. Refr to question #8
82. In the GSA design guide, it speaks on creating lofts/platforms by changing the elevations of both the ceilings and flooring heights. With this being a modular building, the floor and ceiling heights will be fixed, is the requirement for elevation changes desired in the building construction. Please advise.
• The lofts/platforms mentioned in GSA PBS 140 Sections 7.6.1 & 7.6.2 shall be portable furniture and thus not included in this scope of work.
83. Section 6.7, of the GSA speaks on the site criteria which involves landscaping of the site. The SOW however does not call out a requirement for the site to have landscaping just that any damage to HINU Grounds is to be replaced. Please advise if landscaping will be a requirement.
• Per question #45 - Provide design based on requirements of applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation including BIA Design Handbook and GSA PBS 140.
84. Inside the GSA Guide, it says that the outside play area is required to have 25% shade at summer solstice. Shade areas, structures, and materials include the following; porches, gazebos, exterior screen rooms, park shelters, awnings, umbrellas, and trees. The more cost-effective solution for this requirement would be the trees but it would take many years to mature and provide the necessary shade required. Can the government provide a list of shade structures that they would prefer, given that a combination of the shade structures could drastically impact the cost of the design?
• Equipment shall be designed & proposed by Design Build Contractor to effectively meet the requirements of the GSA PBS 140, KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE CENTERS, and applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
85. Section 7.6 of the GSA Guide talking about Lofts/Platforms. “As of the writing, ASTM requirement for multi-purpose rooms and other areas designated for lofts or other raised play equipment are under discussion. Under these requirements, if adopted, these areas must have impact-attenuation surfacing rated for the height of the equipment. This flooring would need to be flush with the adjacent flooring.” If this ASTM has been adopted can it be provided. Or if it has not been adopted can the resilient flooring not be flush with the adjacent flooring.
• Refer to question #82 response.
86. Please advise what the desired style of exterior window? If operable, are they preferred to be double-hung, single-hung, or casement?
• Windows shall be designed & proposed by Design Build Contractor to effectively meet the requirements of the GSA PBS 140, KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILDCARE CENTERS, and applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation. Refer to BIA handbook 7100
87. Section E under “Architecture and Planning” in the SOW outlines distinct spaces to comprise the daycare facility. Could you please clarify if there is flexibility to combine certain rooms, such as the janitor's closet and laundry space? Your guidance on this matter will assist us in optimizing the layout efficiently.
• HINU is open to an effective design that creates efficiencies and meets the requirements of the GSA PBS 140, KANSAS LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILDCARE CENTERS, and applicable codes and standards listed in this solicitation.
88. Section D “Task Description” in the SOW states that the space will “provide service for 28 children”. However, “Architecture and Planning” under section D of the SOW (pg. 5-6) shows a table indicating that we are to follow a max occupancy of 56. Please advise on that actual max occupancy of children to allow for accurate space planning.
• 28 children is the initial occupancy, space should be designed for the maximum occupancy.
89. Section 6.1 of the GSA Guide, states “Before the site for the center and its playground are selected, the soil must be tested for the presence of dangerous contaminants such as lead and PCBs/ The site should continue to be monitored, as per the direction of the environment safety staff, to ensure that it does not become subsequently contaminated, especially by lead. Also proposed playground locations adjacent to old structures which may be painted with lead paint or contain other hazards should be investigated.” Has the proposed location had the soil tested? If not and the contractor is responsible for having the soil tested and the soil comes back as contaminated, is the government open to the idea of moving the location? With the location being next to the old Dairy Barn, is there reason to believe that the site could be contaminated?

90. Please determine the maximum number of children per age group for this contract, and if there are future plans for growth at the facility. Additionally, the teacher to kid ratio will need to be determined per age group. As well as if the director will be assisting in a teaching role or not.

91. The SOW does not call out for a requirement to carry a “Construction Testing” subcontractor. Is the government expecting to have the prime contractor to carry this service?
• Industry standard is for owner to contract separately for these services to avoid conflicts of interest.
92. The SOW calls out the front entrance to contain a porch and covered walkways but does not specify if this is desired on the building's rear. Also, the GSA Guide calls for porches to be used as protection from the weather elements and as an outdoor play area when weather conditions permit this. Is the desire to have both a front and rear porch?
• All egress doors shall have a covered area. Front entry door shall have an appropriate cover to accommodate the vehicle drop off area, the front door area, and access between both locations. Actual size will depend on design factors that are the responsibility of the Design Build Contractor.
93. Additionally, will all stairs at each egress location need to be covered or just the landing areas?
• All egress locations shall have a cover designed to accommodate the use.
94. Each document fails to clarify whether the covered walkways in the vehicle parking should extend past the ADA ramps and stairs leading into the building. Can this be clarified if the covered walkways consist of the parking area sidewalks as well?
• Covered walkways extending into the parking area are not required. Refer to responses to question #93.
95. Based off the GSA Guide, the exterior play yards should be segregated by age classification;
infant, toddler & Pre-K. Please advise if this is a requirement as it will increase the cost of the fencing needed?
• Combined play areas are acceptable to HINU if any needed separations can be accomplished by staggered playtimes and approved by GSA and “KANSAS
LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR LICENSING PRESCHOOLS AND CHILD
CARE CENTERS.”
96. After the completion of this contract the area will need to be seeded or sod installed. Can the style/type of seed and or straw be provided?
• Seeding with regionally appropriate varieties to closest match existing grasses is the minimum requirement.
• Follow applicable codes and standards including requirements of Construction Stormwater Program.
97. Please clarify that the bathrooms inside the classrooms for the children are only to have half height partitioned walls and a half height door.
• Child bathroom requirements are to conform to GSA PBS 140, State and applicable codes and standards.
98. Please clarify on the SOW that the Maximum number of kids is accurate; 8 infants, 14 young toddlers, 14 older toddlers, & 20 Pre-K. Page 38 of the GSA Guide, the ratio for toddlers do not match the table provided in the SOW.

99. What is the desired type of food service that will be provided for the center? This will impact the scope and size of the kitchen areas for the design. Please advise. SOW and renderings provided state “warming kitchen” please expound on exactly what this “warming kitchen” requires.

100. What is the requirements for the design submittals? The BIA handbook states that 20%, 40%, 70%, 99% and 100% are to be submitted on all new construction projects. With 5 sets of design prints to be submitted with a 21-day review period, this would make the design portion of the contract will take a minimum of 6 months (180 days). Please advise.
• Industry standard for design reviews occurs at Schematic Design (20-30%), Design Development (60-70%), and Construction Documents (99-100%). The small size of this project lends itself to less design reviews.
101. Regarding the radon testing for a period of 90 days (about 3 months) as stated in PBS- 140 CH10 Technical Criteria. When does the 90-day period begin?
• Testing would need to begin after Substantial Completion. May be best for HINU to provide with a separate contract.
102. Regarding the lead and radon water testing as stated in PBS-140 CH 10 Technical Criteria, will the GC be required to perform this water testing or does the owner have recent water testing stating that these chemicals are not present to exceed the 20PPB for lead and 300picoCuries per liter for radon.
• HINU will provide testing of water for lead and 90 day air radon testing after substantial completion.
103. Regarding 10.1.15 Off Gassing requirement in PBS-140 CH 10 Technical Criteria. Will this be required during the POP or after turnover to owner?
• By HINU after substantial completion.
104. The SOW states that “Only fixed play equipment” is to be furnished by GC. Please confirm that this references the outdoor play equipment and not the remaining furnishings as shown in section 8.2 and tables 8.1 thru 8.14 of PBS-140.
