STATEMENT OF WORK
Propane Delivery Instructions for Rosebud Agency
Rosebud Agency has a requirement for propane. There are 3 Tanks
• Delivery requests will be made to the awardee on an as needed basis. Delivery is required to occur during normal working hours, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM MST and 4:30 PM MST
• Deliveries will be completed within 3 business days of a request from the customer o In the event of an emergency, delivery may be requested on a weekend and/or holiday. In these circumstances, the Contracting Officer shall be included on the request from the customer (and if not included, the awardee should provide the CO notification immediately upon receipt of the request).
• Propane must be in liquid form, shall meet all standards of federal, state, and local regulations. The awardee is responsible for following all standards of federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to shipping and delivery.

All 3 Tanks hold 2000 gallons:

Delivery Period
The awardee will have 4 months from the date of award to deliver all propane.
Technical POC and Ordering Procedures
1. The Technical POC will contact the awardee and request a delivery, via email, and will include the amount of fuel requested. If the request constitutes an emergency, the Contracting Officer shall be copied.
2. The awardee will then coordinate the delivery with the Technical POC. If for any reason the 3-day window cannot be met, the awardee will notify the Technical POC and Contracting Officer immediately.
