Questions and Answers
Q1. Job task vs equipment sheet: Am I safe putting in the frequency of the PM by the dates that are on the equipment sheet.
A1. See revised equipment sheet that includes corrections.
Q2. M/N# and S/N#, we talked today about getting them, is it ok if we were awarded the job to spend a day gathering that info for our system to help with asset management.
A2. Yes
Q3. Do we need to add the tasks from your job sheets to our system or can we use the matrix system that we have? Reason I ask is it comes up in the tech work orders to complete.
A3. There is no issue with you using your program as long as it covers all of the items that we need checked.
Q4. I don’t see building #5 Crac unit on the equipment sheet. Is it named something else?
A4. It is listed as 05-AHU-001.
Q5. Building #92 booster pump, it was mentioned today that its not there, but it is on the equipment list. Should it get deleted or accounted for?
A5. The pump doesn’t exist.
Q6. We talked today about the backflow getting removed from the task. Just want to make sure that is correct.
A6. Backflow has been removed.
Q7. I think I found the unit for building #5. It says packaged on roof or is that something different?
A7. The unit at building 5 is the unit inside the server room and the condensing units outside the door, there are no units on the roof.
Q8. Also, one other question. Plan shows: 03-EAC-002, but then say it is a Crac unit for 2 PM’s a year. Is it just a window shaker with no fitters or is it a Crac unit with filters. There are 3 of them, so I just want to make sure I get it right.
A8. These are small crac units they are not window shakers so they will have a filter.
