Additional Questions and Answers for RFQ 1333ND212QNB150143 - DISPOSAL OF CHEMCIAL WASTE

AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES

page. 1 April 6, 2021

Question Answer 1 Is transportation of the 30-yard roll-off dumpster required to be included in this category or do you just want the disposal rate?

44.00 30yd covered dumpster for all non haz materials

44.05 Nonregulated waste / cubic yd/ton

44.10 Regulated waste / cubic yd/ton

For CLIN’s 44.00 this rate should only include the disposal rate.

CLIN 44.05 will be used at all times this dumpster needs to be onsite for weekly use until full and replaced or returned upon emptying.

CLIN 44.10 is less likely to be used and does not require a dedicated roll-off.

Side note: 20-30 yard closed and lined dumpster must be supplied by contract and either returned or replaced each time.

Transportation use CLIN 200.10
