About this file

This is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for lock hardware installation and supply services.

The amendment revises the Statement of Work Section 3 Requirements and RFQ Sections 3.1 Technical Contents and 4.0 Evaluation Factors to specify two required lock hardware products: Schlage CYL 91-161 R145 P516-156 and Trilogy TD DL3200IC keypad programmable locks and cores. These specific items are mandated to ensure compatibility with the Government's existing lock programming software, which has been approved by IT. Alternate or substitute lock systems are not authorized unless approved in writing by the Government through an amendment to the solicitation. Offerors must identify the proposed lock hardware and confirm compliance with the required products. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to the responsible Offeror using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable source selection process.

The amendment establishes the following key dates and deadlines: a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 9:00am–11:00am MDT (registration required by email to Jacqueline Brown and Kristine Pendergast by 10:00am EST on Tuesday, September 8); a questions period on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00pm MDT with answers due Friday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00pm MDT; and an extended proposal due date of September 15, 2026, at 2:00pm MDT.
