During extreme weather events with heavy snow or significant wind drifting, continuous plowing must be prioritized to maintain facility accessibility, with comprehensive site cleanup including snow bank removal, surface clearing, and de-icing agent application completed within 12 hours of event conclusion. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and training necessary to execute the work in compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and local standards, and bears liability for any property or facility damage caused during performance. The base period runs from the date of award through May 31, 2027, with four separately-priced option years extending through May 31, 2031.
