About this file

This is an Amendment (SF30) to a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for VMS Transceiver Service from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The amendment extends the quote submission deadline from June 30, 2025 to July 8, 2025 at 1100 PDT and updates the associated FAR Provision 52.212-1. Offerors are required to submit a single electronic quotation demonstrating understanding of the requirements, including a price proposal using firm-fixed pricing, a technical narrative addressing the Statement of Work, and a signed reseller agreement with Woods Hole Group to perform VMS Transceiver installations and services.

Key submission requirements include having an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, providing a UEI number, and completing specific provisions such as representations regarding telecommunications equipment. Offerors must contact Woods Hole Group to obtain the required reseller agreement, which involves providing initial company information and undergoing a background review. Quotations must be submitted electronically to specified NOAA email addresses, with questions due by June 20, 2025, and responses anticipated to be published in a solicitation amendment by June 25, 2025.
