6. Page 65 of the solicitation, paragraph (2), says the proposal shall be typed, double-spaced, with one inch margins, using size 12-font or equivalent etc. Will the Government please allow all resumes, schedules, tables, figures, charts, cover letters, cover pages, table of contents, acronym list, and headers/footers to be 10-Point Times New Roman Font, single spaced? Applying 12 point font, double space to any of these mentioned items is almost impossible and makes answering the RFP questions extremely difficult. By allowing all resumes, schedules, tables, figures, charts, cover letters, cover pages, and headers/footers to be 10-Point Times New Roman

Font, single spaced will allow us to provide enough detail to answer all RFP questions.

GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: CAR 1352.215-70(a)(2) is revised to read: (2) “…The Technical

Proposal shall not exceed 25 pages, exclusive of the table of contents, resumes and construction schedule. Tables, charts, figures, header/footers, construction schedule and resumes are exempt from the 12-font requirement. Any pages in excess of these limitations will be disregarded, and will not be included in the proposal evaluations…”

7. Page 65 of the solicitation, paragraph (iii Specific areas to be addressed), says offeror shall provide a detailed narrative describing its technical approach for the project including methodology, project management approach, schedule, and logistical considerations. Please confirm a preliminary construction schedule is not required to be submitted to meet the requirements of Factor 1. If a preliminary construction schedule is required to be submitted to meet the requirements of Factor 1, please allow the schedule to be excluded from the page count allowed for the Technical Proposal, and please allow the schedule to be 10-Point Times
