About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule template for vendors responding to solicitation 1305M226Q0154 for Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) Processing Framework Development issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the Department of Commerce. Vendors are required to complete the pricing schedule by specifying labor categories, hours, and fully burdened hourly rates for work organized across a 12-month base year and two optional 12-month extension years. The base year includes three primary Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks: Project Initiation and Data Ingestion Framework, Initial Coordination Processing and Alignment, and Multi-Solution Validation and Quality Assurance. Option Year 1 covers Coordinate Product Development, and Option Year 2 covers Knowledge Transfer and Training. Each year includes a $5,000 not-to-exceed travel allowance for time and materials expenses.

The pricing structure allows vendors to propose appropriate labor mix combinations across multiple labor categories as needed to accomplish required work, with automated calculation of task prices based on hours multiplied by hourly rates. The current template shows a floor pricing of $5,000 per year ($15,000 total for base year plus two option years), representing only the travel costs, with labor pricing to be completed by responding vendors. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services with a projected start date of September 1, 2026, and is not set-aside for small business concerns. Complete solicitation details, applicable provisions and clauses, and submission deadlines are contained in the associated RFQ documentation.
