About this file

This is a vendor checklist template for short-term office rental in Forsyth County, North Carolina under solicitation 12FPC426Q0057. The checklist serves as an appendix to the solicitation and does not specifically address required products or services but rather functions as an evaluation or compliance tool for vendors responding to the short-term office rental opportunity. As such, it provides a standardized format for vendors to demonstrate they meet baseline requirements rather than detailing substantive contractual obligations.
