About this file

This is an exhibit defining proposed land use types and eligibility criteria for what appears to be a wetland restoration or conservation easement program. The document specifies two eligible land use categories: "Cropland" (cleared land used or available for agricultural use) and "Forested land" (land dominated by trees), with both categories required to contain hydric soils suitable for wetland restoration.

The document establishes three additional requirements that all proposed sites must satisfy: a minimum size threshold of 10 acres, demonstrated capability for successful and cost-effective water retention to support return to native wetland conditions through soil and topography assessment, and provision of unencumbered legal right-of-way access by the landowner to the proposed easement boundaries. These criteria appear designed to identify and prioritize parcels with the greatest potential for effective wetland restoration while ensuring clear property rights and accessibility for project implementation.
