About this file

This is a Vendor Questions & Answers document for federal contract opportunity 12FPC426Q0039. The document addresses two vendor inquiries regarding contract administration and solicitation documentation.

The first question confirms that this is a follow-on contract with an incumbent contractor. McCain Dees & Associates Inc. is the current service provider under contract number 12FPC423P0014. The second question addresses missing solicitation attachments, specifically Exhibit 1 (proposed market areas), Exhibit 2 (proposed land use types), and GIS shapefile/map information referenced in Section D of the Statement of Work. The response clarifies that the two exhibits are provided as attachments to the solicitation and that GIS files are not required since the scope covers only three counties, with each county understood to represent one market area. This Q&A document does not contain specific information regarding products or services required, pricing terms, response deadlines, or award dates.

12FPC426Q0039 Vendor Questions & Answers

1) Is this a brand new contract or is there an incumbent performing these services?

Can you please provide the current/previous contract number?

The incumbent is McCain Dees & Associates Inc. Contract # 12FPC423P0014.

2) The SOW references the following items, but they do not appear to be included in the solicitation attachments we have:

• Exhibit 1 identifying the proposed market areas

• Exhibit 2 identifying the proposed land use types

• The GIS shapefile/map information described in Section D

Could you please provide those files or confirm where they can be accessed?

The two exhibits you can reference are provided as attachments. Since there are only 3 counties, GIS files of the market areas are not needed. It is understood they are each of the counties.
