About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the disposal of printers by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) office. The amendment provides answers to three questions related to the solicitation, including the location of the printers, the desired project timeline, and the option to donate one of the printers.
The original solicitation, 12FPC424Q0181, is a small business set-aside for the disposal of printers located at the USDA NRCS Kentucky State Office. The solicitation requires vendors to demonstrate technical experience in logistics and scheduling, and to provide past performance references. Quotes are due by September 12, 2024, and the government intends to award a firm-fixed-price order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest price conforming to the requirements.
